There's a service activated on my aircel no. [protected]. i've called customer care so many times but they haven't deactivated it yet.
the service is of 75 mb 3g data in rs. 12 everyday they charge me rs. 12, although i've told them to deactivate it. please resolve it otherwise i will go to the consumer court and it will make the matter more problematic....

I have activated apdecpi9 an auto renewal pocket internet of rs. 9 on this number [protected].Now, for deactivating it i had tried many ussd codes and also called customer care. They had told me that they deactivated it but every night at 12:30-12:50 my amount is deducted. I had tried *121*902# also but no result. Please help me to deactivate it as soon as possible...

With out giving any prior intimation / information to me during / on festival like holi about the special charges on calls and other allied activities of mobile usage .The main balance of my mobile got cut on date 12.03.2017 . In addition to that my number was kept in a black list mode (I couldn't even call to customer care ) . This is worst experience I ever had . Customer care support or response is not upto the mark .
