I am using Aircel Prepaid sim from Last 10 years. I need to know the call log details for a period of 01/02/2017 to 28/02/2017 (February-2017). Kindly send the details to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. kindly do the needful that i need for my personal reference. Also i would need all details of balance deduction against calls. I made a recharge on a aircel number through www.freecharge.in where it is mentioned with following description recharge with ₹249 and get benefits of

But...

I need to reverse my transaction through INDIAN bank online banking for the transaction ref id FCVW[protected] as I done it the wrong number [protected]
instead of [protected]....

I am registering a complaint for my number [protected]. I had recharged for a Data pack(STV 495) on 9th Feb 2017 which is a 6 months valid pack which auto renewals every month with 1GB pack.

As they have mentioned in the above message I managed to...

Please send my ebill of last months and current month through my email id i.e, (hilal.[protected]@gmail.com)
Please send me my bills as soon as possible.
And also when i am paying the bill through internet banking it takes 1 or 2 days but when i am paying it through aircel app or aircel retailer it takes no time.what is the problem regarding this?...

I am Prashant and using same internet pack on mobile no. [protected] continuously for 4 months. There has not any such deduction made by company on account of exceeded use of data as that plan is Rs.289 Unlimited 10 GB.

The incidence happened on 6 March 17. They deducted Rs. 11 from my main account on cost o[censored]sing exceed data. I did not understand how they deducted saying use of exceed data. I have been using Rs. 289 Internet...

Hi am a customer of aircel for 13 years and as everyone knows your support and process sucks to its core.
I have moved to bangalore so am using this mobile for backup purpose... Internet is disabled.Hardly am using the mobile for outgoing.
Am keep on getting flash message from aircel and they are detecting 5 Rs every time.
Support people telling that I have send an ISD sms.....

The same has been checked by me before proceeding further using *121# - * for next menu - 7. 249 u/l call data. Txn. No. Of that particular recharge is bhr[protected] and recharge of the same is successfully accepted by aircel side too at 12:13 pm.

I was using aircel postpaid sim for almost a year but due to their bad customer service I decided to disconnect it.

I paid my bill for the month of October 2016 and paid 50 rs extra in near by gallery located at Bhayandar west.

When I paid my bill aircel representative told me I'll receive my security deposit cheque at my registered address. According to their policy i should receive my security deposit cheque...

I am trying to send message to 1900 for porting the number. But i am able to send messages to other numbers and not to 1900.

Is it blocked by Aircel, as my relative ported the other number to new provider which was successful, but not the aircel number.

I tried calling 198 and 121 but there was no option for talk to customer care. Here I am continuously trying to send the message to 1900 but continuously failed....
