I have purchased a duplicate sim card of Aircel for one of my number [protected] on March 23, 2017. But till on this date I am not able to make any calls and send messages from my sim. Every time I try to make a call it says "This facility is not available on your number". I have contacted the customer care also they say that the sim is in active state but they dont know why calls are not being made. Please solve this matter as I am very angry...

We are trying to un-register this service since last two months. Not able to do that.

Meanwhile, every month this amount is getting deducted.

As such, we did not even start this service.

Please check and unregister this service. Also, it would be good if we get the reimbursement for this time and last month.

Try to solve this glitch...

My sim is missing mar 1, then how next bill garnered pls deactivate my post paid sim then I'm not pay for this bill I'm sorry then connected to me short call me then my post paid Sim immediately deactivate then connected me immediately

I tried to send port out SMS, but its not getting sent.I am able to send SMS to other numbers.I think this is purposefully done so as to retain the customers which is unethical....

The worst loss for a company is to lose the trust of its customers..which Aircel has done... Aircel has wilfully been deducting small & big amounts of money, in the name of Infinite masti, Snovabits etc... inspite of repeated complaints, they continue to do so... Similar such deductions have been made to those i know..Some really serious action needs to be taken to curb such fraud. They are sure to lose all their customers.....

I am not subcribe any VAS(Value added service) in my Mobile number,
But owenly activated VAS and detected my talktime account.
now activated Games club and STORE 99. I am trying to deactivate through SMS 155223.But it show you are not subscribe any VAS service like that.
same problem happen on 06/09/2016, i send the mail and rectified the problem, now again started.
If you are not rectify permentely, i will change...

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to jio as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 26 March 2017 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area....

I am unable to talk to my relatives at my native because my calls are not connected to the dialed nos. I can able to call most of the day only one call per day. Every subsequent calls when i dial, would be not allowed to be connected. When i will try for calling, the network signal appearing on my mobile screen will disappear.

I will suggest to all mobile user !!! Please do not use Aircel Sim in feture .Because they do not have good service .

I had done my recharge for zaakpay.com because you site is not approved me for recharge and after doing this when I called on coustomer care the exicutive tone is very high and he's not resolved my problem m very unstatisfied with your service...
