I am Hardesh Kumar and my Aircel mobile number is [protected]. Sir, on 15.03.2017(today) i have checked offer from my aircel mobile number and it showed 1 GB 3G internet for 28 days in ₹44 recharge (image attached). I done it through my mobile wallet. Immediately i received a msg that you have received 1 GB 3G internet for 2 days(image attached). Thereafter, i called Customer Care from my other Aircel number because my above number is blocked...

I Rahul yadav using aircel postpaid [protected] connection since 2012 and i paid bill on time in 2016 i purchase new postpaid connection [protected] for free calling to each number i said to the customer representative for CUG. They generate bill for both numbers and i have already complaint for this in cunsumer court and today a call comes from Adv Ashwin he said you will be presented in court for this metter but for this company responsible...

I have activated Rs 5 3G Net on my mobile number yesterday and now i want it to be deactivated as i am in no need of internet these days.
what should i do to do the same?
Please give me a valid USSD code as i have talked to Customer care but no response and also, have tried all the codes listed on the net, but same, nothing happened to my problem.

I am trying to send message to 1900 for porting the number. But i am able to send messages to other numbers and not to 1900.

Is it blocked by Aircel, as my relative ported the other number to new provider which was successful, but not the aircel number.

I tried calling 198 and 121 but there was no option for talk to customer care. Here I am continuously trying to send the message to 1900 but continuously failed....

My aircel sim is not working...
Actually i inserted my sim after a long period...

Dear sir, l am a post paid customer of aircel for last two years .my mobile number is [protected] .I have a problem, whenever I sent a sms suddenly reply that message sending failed . I already complaint to the customer care and they inform me that message centre may be wrong and provide another number and some instructions .I follow all of them.but the problem doesn't solved.once again I contact the customer care .but no one can cure the...

I have applied for portability change from aircel to jio network. But the network have not changed even after a week. I have three Aircel Connections. I am very much disappointed with the irresponsibility of Aircel Customer Care [protected] Head office Delhi. I am not getting signals at my home that is in the mid of city, Akbar Bagh Sayeedabad, Hyderabad. I have recharged rs 249/- on 09.03.2017, in my aircel number [protected]. Many times when calling to a local number, callis not allowed. Today just now at about 10.25, i called to [protected]several times, but call is disallowed. The response is that your balance is too low for this call.

So, what type of plan is it? It is nothing other than cheating by the aircel company. You are requested to take immediate action....
