Hi, my airtel number was deactivated without any reason & without even informing me., my outgoing calls & even internet connection was stopped. When i went to airtel store., they were not able to figure out what my problem is??? This is very bad & careless customer service from airtel. They are just putting on one another & told me send email, if i can!!!

but till now it has not been recharged and money from my account has been deducted
then on 14 Sep I again made a recharge from the different app then it was done
so I request you to please get my amount refunded back....

I have been using airtel since 7 years & never ever i have been so upset with the connectivity

I have opted for a family plan & i have a child number on which 4g doesnt work at all..4g network is not being detected at all.. I tried all tbe possible ways to solve it.. I registered a complaint twice but nothing works

I had recharge my prepaid number [protected] on august 18, 2017 with rs 399 (Transaction id - [protected]) for 70 days unlimited call offer. When i am trying to call from today on any number that is saying no balance is available, kindly enhance the stipulated date as per offer.

Hope you will resolve my issue otherwise i don't have any option other than port to other network.

I got recharged my sim no.[protected] airtel : package :rs.345.00 (Unlimited all call and 2gb data per day for 28 days). Its validity is up to 25/09/2017 but i am sorry to say that internet services has been stopped in my 4g lenovo mobile-4gsim. It was contacted to customer care but they did not give any satisfactory answer. It is requested that kindly do the needful action for providing me internet service on my mobile....

I have taken a duplicate sim card on[protected] as the sim i have been using for the past 2 years wore out. I was told that my sms services would be active after 24 hours.
