I tried recharging my prepaid mobile using airtel app today morning at 8.30 and money was debited but recharge was not successful to recheck i tried using *121# facility and as per the records recharge was successful. My airtel wallet debit transaction is blocked since 20 august. i contacted their customer care and they asked me to send self attested scanned copies of pan aadhar (which are already linked to the wallet) and bank statements but were never ready to give reason behind this action. now i have send them the required details but my wallet is still blocked. they are not replying to my mails and their customer care is not connecting to the representatives....

Even after a lot of complaint I had given regarding the poor network in mithabagilu area (Killur), there was no response from the representatives of Airtel company. i lost my money as the network use to disconnect all of sudden in between our banking transactions. so i request you to ask Airtel Company to fix it to avoid further inconveniences to the people....

I am using Airtel Prepaid number from Haryana circle and I want to change my area circle to Punjab by remaining with the same operator i.e., Airtel(prepaid). Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. While trying to recharge throu airtel payment bank my wife's federal bank account was debited and complaint lodged on their website.

Today early morning wuspected calls received to refund of prepaid amount of rs.253 and asking for the atm card and otp details.

This is my worst experience with airtel last month i got airtel broad band connection on 25/8/17 install in our office. I choose 1099rs (Tax extra), 90gb, 40mbps speed.
Yesterday i hv paid 1052 bill but still i got 6.59 speed. I had complaint in airtel. But engineer said airtel provide on that speed.
If i am not getting 40mps speed then i discontinue with airtel. I'll never ever connection with airtel....

This is bad. I subscribed to tv infinity pack of airtel tv pack which gives 3 months free movies and also 9gb data every minth i wanted to cancel it today after 12 days and i saw it can be canceled anytime but there was no cancellation option and also i called customer care service and they did nothing this piece of shi* plz solve this or else i will take actions plz and plz solve this...
