Further to the registered compliant on 31/10/206), I didn't get any positive feedback from you till now, in addition to that the customer service guy belongs to your outlet told me that he couldn't retrieve my number even though i registered complaint with in three days of my sim deactivation,

Now i am getting an irresponsible & worse response from those customer service guys after using this service...

I was offered 500 cashback when i took the new Airtel broadband connection [protected] and was informed that cashback will be credited in the first bill cycle.

Cashback was not credited in the first bill cycle. I registered a complaint with Airtel Customer care with reference number 74132066 on 12th October. I was informed by the Airtel backend team it will get credited in the next bill cycle.

I received a complain letter from bharti airtel letter no:MUD/9524850 on10; 11 ;2016
I Jimrickson Rocky MASCARENHAS, the airtel no [protected] is not my number and somebody has registered with my adderess, ihave nothing to do with it, irequest you to take some action on the particular person operating on my address verification pls contact on my number [protected]
idont know how did airtel didnt do the verification if any problem...

I am pasting the whole mail trail with your 121 customer care. They jsut do not know how to resolve such a simple issue. I am frustrated.

Network problem is more in this area.Especially in apmc office, i am not able to receive anybody's calls when i am at office.
Deeply disappointed with network issues at this place.
