Data wrongly cut

Harassment faced

Dear sir
i rohit rana using your airtel no.([protected]) from last few years. But i faced soo many problems. Airtel company cut automatically my phone balance.I compalint for it soo many times but i didn't get sollution. I recharged my no. On 7/10/2015 amount of 250rs. But now in my phone have zero balance. Never i use internet and other value added services.I don't know why they apply unauthorized charges to me.

Data issues

I am still not able to use my interet each time i called got an incorrect information no help given by the represntatives fake information and promises made each time i am extremely depressed this time with the services and the assistance provided. No help given till now csr's kept saying request in progress wait for next 4 hours i dunno wats going on....

This is regarding verification and activation of my mobile number which I have ported from BSNL to Airtel . The SIM has already been ported to Airtel and is having signal but no outgoing and incoming call/message are allowed on the number. I discussed the issue with airtel customer support for which they suggested to 59059 for number verification, I as per their tried the same but in vain. Prepaid sim deactivated

Hi, I have been using Airtel prepaid number- [protected] for more than 8 years. I was travelling abroad last few months . Now the sim card is deactivated due to no outgoing calls . When i went to the store for clarification and reactivation, their attitude was only indifference . I believe TRAI does have guidelines on this and found few as below. There shall be no deactivation if the balance in prepaid consumer account is Rs.20/-...

Money deducted from debit card but no recharge

Company wrong recharge airtel

1.On daily basis i was getting the messages from airtel for an offer of 1GB + 1GB 3G data free for Rs 297 for 28 days. 2. Yesterday night i have received the same sms, so i have recharged with Rs 297 and didn't got any benefit instead i got the benefit of 2000 local A2A mins for 28days. 3. Today in the morning i called upto the customer care and they were of no help. Attached are the screenshot of messages. I feel I have been cheated.Pathetic...

Broadband installation not done after payment of the installation fees

Hi, This complaint is regarding Airtel Broadbrand Account No: [protected] and Fixed land line number[protected]. Escalation No - [protected]. Internet connection was setup in our home on 30th September night. It worked for that night and did not work from next day afternoon i.e. on 1st October. We called the customer care and the technician came and fixed it on that night. It again worked only for about 12 hours and did not work again...

Poor internet network

I live in virar east ( phoolpada ) and have been facing problems with the 3G internet networks issues.I have take one of the expensive plan. But unfortunately Airtel is not bothered to resolve the issue even after numerous calls n complaints just giving lame excuses if network issues. How are they being given license for higher networks when their existing networks they r not able to service......

Applied for porting 2 weeks back.... Still not operational

I applied for porting on 21 Sept and till date my number is not active. My Complaint ref no. PR[protected] on Airtel site Dt:06/10/2015. The complaint not resolved but shows status closed. Been to the airtel showroom number of but no result. Yesterday again 07/10/2015 i was given new sim and was told will be activated in 4 hours... Airtel staff playing blame game and giving me different numbers to call and know that status....

Name goofup - mistake from company

Airtel is the worst company ive come across. They miss spelt my name(Postpaid connection). In the first month bill i noticed and called them. They said they will correct it and it will be applicable in the next bill only.
This is their own typing mistake.

Second month bill came. Again same error. And same explanation. It will be updated in next month bill as it was corrected in the middle of the month.
