Non refund of money for set top box

I had purchased a set top box connection from airtel. But quality of picture not up to mark & charges are also high for viewing the channels. I had stopped recharging the same. My Airtel digital id is [protected]. There are two connections are activated on same id but i am using only one. Few months ago they did the same thing and i had to complaint many times to close that another connection, now they have activated this again.Since April 2015 i am paying for 2 connection.4 times i have called them but my problem not solved yet. No network

Sir, in our aera their are many people would have Airtel connection. But we did not have a network range. in our area idea, voda, bsnl are becoming large. Dealers in chennai are worse

Not providing new connection

Delay in prepaid to postpaid connection.

I have opted for corporate postpaid services from prepaid on  24, Aug 2015 and have submitted all the documents regarding the same. Although Address verification is completed and I have received the message for same still there is no network.
I have tried contacting the airtel outlet as well they assured me that issue will be resolved in 4 hours still nothing has happened.

Automatic Recharge Happened without my confirmation. I tried to recharge using USSD for 3G data for 255, but gave insufficient funds message. After adding sufficient funds 600 rs., I recharged manually with 255. 255 is charged and I got 1 GB 3g data. after sometime on the same day, 255 recharge again happened. Really afraid to add funds to the number, dont know for what reason they will charge. Anyone can help me on this...
