There is no 3G network service available in my area ( FC Road) by airtel even if I am registered user by the service provider for 3G. When contacted to the Airtel relationship center, the center told me to manually select the Idea or Vodafone options of the network operator on my phone settings by keeping Roaming option on. I had taken a 4g connection and they promised will get speed get around 8-10MBPS.but it is giving not more then 1-2MBPS and it is costly ...paying 2000+ for 40GB.And when I raised a complaint and have been informerd someone would contact with in 4 days.no one visited my house, and when I called customer care after10days they say the complaint closed they already visited and corrected the problem.
