Regarding wrong plan activated on postpaid connection

Charging too much on data

Hi, I am Kunal. My number is [protected]. I had taken airtel connection in CUG grp. Its a post paid connection for last one year the bills were very less after 1 year my bills started increasing and they were charging too much on data charges. I only use whatsapp, emails and sometimes facebook but I dont think using these apps can cost me 3000 bucks. Please try not to fool people and charge them on data charges. U people cannot give explanation...

Not activation of Internet pack
