Illegal Charges - 9810024632

Airtel sent me a reply today as below, this is factually incorrect in every way

My phone was never off, if Airtel can’t reach me on its own number, I wonder how good is your service. What hope others have to reach me?

These charges are not valid, I have explained verbally and written all the facts a number of times to several people in Airtel. Please understand I am not going to pay these illegal and unreasonable...

Unable to see channels from last 3 months

This is one of poor service and business practices shown by Airtel. This company does not bother about the customer.

I am using Airtel DTH services from 3 years and from last 3 months we are unable to watch the channels because of their satelite migration.

We complained about 10 times from last 3 months and none of them bother to provide service. We are paying rent from last 3 months without getting any channel...

Not Giving The Proper Solution

I purchase the Airtel Digital connection on 10-July-2012, but after activation I have notified the problem of difference between Sound & Picture for the specific channels.
For the same I have register the complaints 5 times in month.

• I have Airtel Corporate Connection taken in the month of July 2012 the credit limit for which was fixed at Rs. 1000.

Regarding my call rates

Recently I submitted request from post paid to prepaid service on 25/Aug.2012, at their Lokhandwala, Andheri west customer care outlet.
