waiver of late payment charges

during the month of march 2012, i have charged rs 50 for late pymt of my airtel bill.As i was out of state & could not paid on time.After that i called their Cust. Care many times regarding the waiver of rs 50 & every time their executive commited me for önline waiver within 4 hrs. But still 2 months hv passed & i hv not got any waiver msg from airtel.

On 7th May 2012, i have raised request (#1799005) as my airtel money account got blocked. It showed me when i tried to load cash via airtelmoney.in website. "No credit transactions are allowed for this account as it has been blocked. Kindly contact customer care for further details." They took around 10 days to solve the issue. Unnecessary balance detection

Tollfree numbers NOT working

Hello sir,

I am trying to connect to India toll free number[protected] which is used for TEAM meeting in my office but i am getting message that this number does not exist. But It was working fine a month ago. I called AIRTEL customer care regarding this, but there is no solution provided and they cut the call without any intimation.

Hi,
I did mobile number portability (MNP) last month from AIRTEL and accordingly the number is ported to VODAFONE. I got SMS for bill due from AIRTEL and I paid the amount immediately within 4 days after getting the message. Bil number is 62347 and paid in cash to one of airtel office.

But after paying the bill I am still getting the phone calls from AIRTEL Recovery to pay the amount, MY MOBILE NUMBER IS IN DO NOT DISTURB...
