don't want the product

i have placed an order on airtel dth ,which has been done through vriti.com and the payment has been made through net banking,but the product has been delivered after very much delay,and till that time airtel dint even contact for the delay.now the product has been delivered but not installed as i dont want it now due the care less service by airtel.i am sure that airtel is not a promising company so i request you to take the product back...

fraud messages

airtel given fraud message 2 days back rc 22 gives 2200 local sms like that without mentioning the specific conditions when i recharged 22 i got 5000 A2A msgs onlly and when i call to the customer care they saying that the message came because of technical problem like that which is unbelieble trying to cheat the customers they didnt giving proper explanation for that Airtel trying to cheat customers with fake messages...

automatic activation of chargeable services

Excess Charge

I have a post paid mobile connection (CUG) of Airtel Telecom Service Provider. On my bill paln, I took a rate cutter of Rs.99(for 12 months) for reducing my STD charges to 50 paisa from Rs.1.50/-. Now the rate cutter plan ended on 21st of June'2011 and from 21st of June they charge Rs.1.50/- for STD call and it result a huge bill. FAKING CUSTOMERS

This is ridiculous. I feel, the people working in this show room assumes that the customers are beggars, as if we are begging for some thing. No proper bill provided for the scheme airtel money. and also the recharge amount is not getting credited to my airtel mobile account. moreover they are not accessible at all.
