I got a mail on 18-Dec-2020 saying mobile number [protected] is activated. I mailed Airtel customer care on the same day regarding this and got acknowledgement saying they updated the system.

Again I got another mail on 22-Dec-2020 saying some Airtel product is activated for mobile [protected], I mailed Airtel customer care on the same day regarding this and got acknowledgement saying I have to deactivate in Airtel...

I tried to recharge my airtel number using airtel website .Recharge failed 2 times but money deducted from my ICICI bank account.

I am using my Airtel Sim in Abu Dhabi and since a few days now I don't have any network for my airtel sim. I tried changing the settings and resetting the network manually but nothing seems to work! All the OTP's go to my airtel number but i am unable to access any of them.
Kindly help ASAP...

I had changed my billing cycle of the above mentioned mobile number from Airtel Retail Store, 11 No. India Exchange Place. Last Data credited on 06/11/2020, there after no data credited till to date and time. I have visited several times to the Airtel retail store, 11 India exchange place to resolve my issue, they again changed the billing cycle but the problem persists and not interested to resolve the issue.

Dear Sir, I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. I have an Airtel Indian no.[protected] which is prepaid and I have been regularly paying monthly rentals also. During my visit to India last week, I checked with Airtel customer care and my number was showing active. But as soon as I am back to Dubai it's not showing any network, neither I am getting any SMS. I ported my no from jio to airtel. I was told to call on 59059 to activate new sim. But i was unable to activate my new airtel sim. It always show call failed error

HI Team

I have bought a new 4g prepaid airtel SIM today i.e. 22nd dec 2020. and was informed that once I insert the SIM in the phone, I need to dial 59059 and get the sim activated and further to it recharge the pack.

When I dial 59059, the call gets failed. its been 6 hours, the SIM is yet not activated. I am unable to call on 121 or send/receive any texts also.

please help...

Several websites do not open, rather the browser redirects to one.airtel.in/rcconf and the screen displayed shows that "this site can't be reached".

This problem began around December 20, 2020 and has immensely increased in frequency by now, December 22, 2020....
