i have not asked to the company to activate ISD on my conections

Dear sir, I have beening using airtel mobile service from last 5 years in Bangalore. Last month my airtel account number (through which I have been making my bill payment) has been changed and I have not been informed about that.

Because of that I could not my bill for last month. Now all of a sudden without informing me, my outgoing call has been barred.

Airtel should have notified me for any changes that has...

Airtel Broadband service down

I am having an airtel broadband service in Bangalore (Rustam Bagh area) and it is completely dead for last ONE WEEK now. I have been calling almost daily the customer care and only answer I would get is someone would be calling me, but end of the day noone calls. Such a irresponsible behaviour from this reputed carrier is very shocking. My complaint number is 19827840....

No Signal or Poor signal

Dear Sir,

I am staying in CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai area. I am the dealer of Airtel. My self and most of the customers are facing signal problem in Sector 3, 4, 5 and 6 since last three months. We have complained so many time with Airtel customer care. Airtel signal is veery week or nil most of the time mainly in house. We have to come out of home for making calls. Due to not availability of signal we are not getting many calls....

billed Rs 21000/- for ISD roaming

Sir,
AIrtel is running a racket with other service providers. I was charged abnormal amount of Rs 21000/- for 5 days spent in South Africa. Besides, the the outgoing service was stopped without sending me a bill I had to pay the amount to airtel to get the service.
The customer service is a very very unhelpful and not at all consumer friendly. I have moved to BSNL now.

Unexpected Deduction of balance

I opened the airtel live page, where the browsing is totally free, and i got an sms from 64611010 saying "Thanks for using Value Pack Service on Airtel WAP .You have been charged Rs.10.Enjoy http://gofun.in"
I dont know from where this came and what to do with this and i got no help from Airtel Customer Care .They are saying that they cant give any information on this.This is really unfair....

Miss call Alert - Not reachable message when you say 'Busy'

I've opted for Missed Call Alert (MCA) in Airtel. But now whenever I press busy button on my phone it gaves the caller a 'Not reachable' message, Plus I'll get a Missed call alert as SMS.

When complained at Airtel Customer Care, they says there's no other option than unsubscribing MCA!!

I cannot tell anyone that I'm busy! How stupid Airtel!!!...
