Recently i visited to bhutan and i intentionally did not opt for international roaming, which i did couple of months ago while traveling to usa, as i was planning to use hotel provided wifi and local sim. But after coming back i have been slapped with a huge bill having international roaming data charges.
They never called for taking my explicit permission before enabling international roaming.

Date of visit: 1st june...

I have recharged my above mobile for rs.399/- on 18.06.2019 through online. The amount has been deducted and a message reccd. Intimating txn. Id no.[protected], but my mobile not recharged.

I have done a recharge transaction on 22 june from paytm sbi account but after the transaction is successful the airtel is showing that they have not recieved any amount. As my recharge service for airtel was over and the payment was still not done i tried with different transaction method. Then the recharge was successfully done. But the previous amount was neither credited nor refunded back into my account....

I am unable to use volte volte services on my Airtel number even though I am using latest 4G SIM.
I went to Airtel store and he replaced me with new Airtel SIM but of now use.
Finally the store keeper said that volte is not possible to my Airtel number it is only for selected numbers and volte is possible not for all.
I called customer care many times but of no use.

Sir there is severe problem of airtel manager in my area because they are involve in oil theft by shutdown the network tower and hence we get disrupted network connectivity even we face the frequent call drop...so please look into the matter as fast as possible..

Airtel is charging agajnst toll free numbers. I have unlimited plan as still chaged 150 rupees for dailing toll free no. With 1860 or 1800. My customer id is [protected] with name of pawan verma i subscribed unlimited damaka pack in airtel in nov 13 but it was closed on 13 june without informing me and refund is not provided while i complain ed several times in airtel customer care..so plz take some step to refund my remaining amount o[censored]dp plan...

I recharged my mobile number with their pack on 22.6.2019 and for that i added money to their wallet with my debit card and after confirmation of payment the money was debited but neither recharge was done nor i got back my money. This is in regard to the amount that was charged on my credit card on 11/06/2019 with transaction particular as www.airtel.in pgsi of rs.1237.85/-. This was unauthorized payment as i did not allow this transaction.
