Sir in my airtel payments bank my amount is credit in my wallet but now amount is not debit and not reflect to bank due to my date of birth is mismatched with my aadhar card so airtel customer care says please upgrade your ekyc for resolve the problem but now the ekyc process of airtel payments bank is suspended and my amount is remain in wallet and i am unable to use that amount so please take action on this problem....

Today I went to platinum plaza airtel store in bhopal for sim exchange where I was charged Rs 25 as sim exchange cost by store employee. The sim which has a MRP of 5 rs was charged Rs 25 to me and no receipt was given . I am very disappointed with this kind of activity from airtel and now I want my money back else I will port in to other operator....

I had initially forgotten my mpin and on the fourth try, i got it right. However, when i tried using the pin to recharge using airtel money it did not accept it. So i tried to change my mpin. When i typed in my new pin the second time, it said that my account is blocked. I have been facing problems related to this for a long time now. I don't remember my registration details to reset my mpin either....

I am the postpaid customer to M/s Bharti Airtel Limited, bearing phone number [protected], with a monthly plan of Rs. 399 plus GST @18%. (i.e. every month I am paying 470.82 every month)

But for prepaid customers are paying Rs 448 for 82 days inclusive of all taxes

Why postpaid plans are not reducing by M/s Bharti Airtel Limited, we need explanation in this regard....

I got call from there customer service to port to there network providing plan for 399 inclusive of taxes. First month the bill came for 399, now this month bill came for 588 and they are saying this is what i have to pay. They even lied about the data pack, they said i would be getting 40gb but i am only getting 2

Its a total fraud company. Please help.

Using airtel numbers since many years, and recently have checked detailed bill and found that i was being charged to call on toll free numbers of axis bank card lost, gtpl complain number, tatasky helpline tollfree numers and list goes on and on.
For few i have been charged for international calls charges as per their logic i have prefixed 00 before the number so it went for international charges. Which is very stupid....

A few days back, i wanted to avail porting services from airtel mobile numbers by opting for family package. My wife and child has vodafone numbers whereas i have airtel number for many years. Since the signal is very weak from my residence, i decided to do porting for other two numbers by opting family package from airtel.

I had touch time from vodafone to get the acceptance since they wanted these two numbers to be retained....

Sir i recharged my mobile no[protected] on18/02/2018 for rs100/- and balance was shown rs102.67 and on 20th feb2018 i came to know that balance has remained rs2/- only. And services like leheran tv and game arena has been renewed for 3days& 5days while no request has been made by me. Airtel is now looting their postpaid customers by sending high bills.. I am on 499 unlimited plan for a month, where as they are giving unlimited paln for 399 for three months to their prepaid customers.. As my mother is staying in patna and using premium number, every now & then my mom use to get the miss call or calls from ([protected]) this number and disturbing her, also giving thretening to my mom.
From [protected], this number she started getting what's app as well where this guy is asking continuously for my mom premium number and harrasing her.

While receiving my mobile calls (Incomming), we have received one ring and the call has been disconnected
The caller has received the message is the subscriber is switch off after ringing one ring.

We have reset my phone and tried the settings and we have changed mobile instrument, but the complaint is not yet cleared / rectified

Kingly rectify the incomming call complaint...

Recently, airtel sales team called me and offered switch from idea to airtel. I have two numbers hence i bought a family package (799/month). Airtel has switched my single number only and even after repetitive request they are not handling my case and not switching my other number. Now i am paying two bills. One for airtel and other for idea. Its a complete forgery...

Still no resolution. I m not getting the service whch promised by airtel but i’m paying for it every month. Airtel is failed to provide service. Pathetic service provider in terms of service. I recharged rs.147 as per your scheme it's provide customer daily 1gb internet and unlimited calls. I am not able to use single kb of of internet in my 3g smartphone.
