Dear Service provider,

This is regarding induction cooker which I bought in Sep 2016. This induction not working at all after purchasing within 2-3 months.

I complained to the service center for this issue and the technician replaced the internal circuit and button indicator circuit 2 days before for which I have been charged with 350 rupees even its comes under warranty period of1 year.

Now again...

An order for air cooler was placed on company site was cancelled due to processing delays at companies end having order number BEL001B0125882 dated 26/03/17
the amount Rs. 4931 paid by IDBI bank debit card
After cancellation of order almost two weeks have passed but still no refund is received by me, i have shared my bank statement for same with company but company is insisting that they have initiated refund at their end...

I am using bajaj fresh ship juicer mixer grinder which was creating some problem while using it. As it was under warranty (It was in a working condition) i had registered a complaint regarding the same complaint no.[protected] on 15th/feb/2017 for which the technician come to my place next day and checked the fault and took the jmg along with him and told me that the issue will be corrected and the jmg will be delivered next day that is 17th/feb/2017....

I had placed an order on 8th February for a stand mixer with order number BEL001B0125265. It was mentioned that the product will be delivered within 7-10 days. Today is the 8th day and the product hasn't even dispatched. When I called the consumer care, they said the product is out of stock and will be in stock in next 2-3 days and then it will be shipped.
How careless they are, they should have mentioned out of stock on their website...
