we call several time company executive to attend our complain. but he not responding us and not picked our phone. then we send mail to him and he not respond us.
so please solve our problem as soon as.
we atteched complain of manit bhopal. manit says our fan is duplicate because bajaj electricals not embosed our name in fan.

I registered a complaint about leakage of water from geyser. After two weeks technician came and found out that all the bolts are broken and gasket is also broken. He said by next week he will come and fix the parts but its bee more than a month and i see no body even after several calls to support and technician guys. They just give fake assurance that i'll get a call after 3pm or 4pm, i don't know why but i never got those calls though....

I've given a iron box to a service centre in bangalore with registering a complaint and called the mechanic for a status but he says you didn't register a complaint, later on again i registered a complaint by calling bajaj customer care... They said we'll send complaint number immediately but they didn't by seeing all these i come to know in bajaj name they're cheating customers and fooling.. No proper service i'm fed up off this bajaj brand...

One month back i bought this product. It stopped working from 5th day onwards. It doesnot work conitneously. It may stop working between cooking and it takes much time to heat. I have given complaint many times but my problem is not solved. They will say that we will come but they will respong immediatly. They never care about the customer issue. Please tell me how to case fail in consumer court....

Lodged the complaint about non working of bajaj food processor which started giving problem within 2 months of purchase. Immediately after 3-4 hrs received a call from the mechanic and hearing the problem he told that a new part is required and will get back, once argued that you have seen the product he told he knows everything. I bought a bajaj induction heater model - ic-7 in last[protected]. Since last two months a major problem having whenever i desired set point entered then after few minutes automatically voltage increases or decreases. I have made complaint to bajaj elecctricals around one month back when my microwave oven 2100 etc which stopped working. Sir I have lodged twice complaint for repair of my Bajaj Majesty MX 3 Steam Iron, but first complaint was closed as given the reason that i have not answering to the phone of dealer where as i have 2-3 call him and briefed my addressed.
