Hi,

I am a sincere purchaser of Bata shoes from last 10 years.

And also refer my family & friends to purchase the same brand because this
is the cheapest & worth for our hard earned money.

But recently I was very disappointed & annoyed by the product i received
from Secter-5 store at Airoli.

from Bata showroom Tower freegunj Ujjain i purchased a pair of shoes and pay Rs.700.00 . Showroom in charge give me the replacement guaranty if any defect found.
unluckly soul of my shoes and stitching are damaged within 15 days, i went to the shop to complaint and to replace my shoes but shopkeeper did not give me proper attention he only take a writing complaint and tell me that he replace the shoes only after the companies approval....

1. I BOUGHT A WALLET FROM BATA SHOE STORE ON JANGALI MAHARAJ ROAD VIDE CASH MEMO NO 20-04-11/1/0061 TODAY COSTING RS 599/-. IMMEDIATELY AFTER BILLING I REALISED THAT THE SIZE IS SMALLER THAN ONE WHICH I WISHED TO HAVE SO I REQUESTED THAT THE PURCHASE BE CANCELLED. I placed an order and waited for more than 2 to 3 weeks still no one dispatched my order or even cared to acknowledge my calls or mails.

Request you to note that i had purchased Hush puppies from Bata Store around 2 years back (model 854-6108 H/P; Size 8); post which i had kept it in my drawer for a while. However, to my horror, when I took them out around a week back, the sole of the shoe has cracked within a week of my wearing.

I am a dedicated Bata customer. I bought a Bata shoe worth Rs.899 last November dated[protected].I used it for around 1 month and i saw its upper material getting damaged. So i consulted your showroom and got to know that it is an usual case for such type of shoes.I know the warranty is only up to 2 months i got a message that if i have any further complaints get the shoe to showroom later even after the warranty period...

I wanted to exchange the shows i bought the previous day as I did not notice the north star logo at the time of purchase. The staff at Bata store, jayanagar 3rd block bangalore was rude, had no value for my time and refused to exchange or refund the money. All this, when the shoe had not even been taken out of the box. They asked me to wait for one hour till the store manager came which i did. The store manager was extremely rude and threatened...

1. I Mr Rati Krushna Samantaray, working in Indian Navy Procured one pair of sandal[protected], Salsa) from a Bata outlet (bata india limited,villaassery house, MG Road, south end,Peramanoor, Kochi-15) on 22.01.2011.

2. With in the warranty period heel of one of the sandal broken. for the same I went to the store on 16 Feb 11. The store attender told me to get the complain register in the customer care center...

I had purchased shoes from your store at tkiya chand shah, sojati gate, Jodhpur vide bill no SI 03044/080 dated 20-10-10.
Surprisingly with in a short period of less than three months the sole of the shoe cracked. In an office job and the shoes are not put to rough use.

I purchased one pair of shoes model no 8516943 on dated 17.11.2010 from Bata store no 563/02106 at Vasco da Gama, Goa. After using three to four times I noticed the toe portion of leather of both the pieces have been separated from the soles.
