Mobile Balance Deducted for unsubscribed service

Dear Sir/Madam, My mobile no. is [protected], on 23rd and 24th Feb 2014, BSNL have deducted 10-10 rupees for two time for unsubscribed service. BlackBerry customer care behavior

Sorry to say that though I have recharged my BB through BSNL online on 6th march 2014 at 11.40.28AM and my Ref No is [protected] and TXE[protected], and till now it is not activated means till 9th march 2014 at 04.30PM. But from 6th of march BSNL cutting GPRS till now. When I contact 1503 they say to contact 1505 And when contact to 1505 they are saying to contact BSNL office and talked very rudely not answered and without solving my problem....

Bsnl blocked my sim one day without any warning. When I contacted the customer care (the most horrible experience of my life, wait hours to speak to executive ), he told that my sim was taken in 2010 and I had to register again. I so they should ve atleast informed through a SMS or a call. Why they are spending a whole lot of money on advertisements if they don't know to retain existing customers. Horrible ....

Some rude policy salesperson keeps calling

I am getting calls on my BSNL landline phone from this number : [protected] Some lady tells me she wants to talk about some policy, and says its an OFFICIAL CALL from "Indian Governance Policy.." (some made up name to make her sound important, I know its fake). And when I refuse to talk or giver her my mobile number she argues. Upon losing, says very rudely "ITS YOURRR LOSSSSSS". I'd be happier if this bs stops. :) Thanks...

Amount debited but recharge not done

Broadband service not available but taking charges

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that myself Goutam Banerjee phone no. +[protected] has got a BSNL broad band connection for last 5 years or more. currently with a rental modem. Now the modem is not functioning and reported to BSNL portal and office no one is taking care and we are receiving the bill with broad band charges.

I need your intervention in the matter to short out the issue.

I have pre paid mobile of BSNL Chhatisgarh with above no with sufficient balance. I recharged twice for Rs. 36 each through the BSNL site using my credit card in the night of 28th Feb. 2014 under Saral Ananth plan in order to extend the validity period . But to my surprise the validity period has not been extended and My credit card has been debited. I got message in mobile to contact Customer Care with reference no [protected] and [protected]...
