MY 3G EVDO SERVICE IS NOT GIVING SPEED OF EVEN 1G IN NANAK NAGAR REGION OF JAMMU . IT GIVES SPEED ON RANGE 2-5 KBPS . AND I HAVE ATTEMPTS CALL TO SO MANY NUMBERS OF BSNL. BUT EVERYONE GIVES A NEW NUMBER TO CALL TO,

The BSNL landline is dead for more than 2 weeks and the employees of BSNL center (Gandhimanagar) are not bothered to repair it faster.They're are just using some lame excuses whenever i call them (like cable fault, or someone digging grounds, etc). BSNL is one of the leading company in GSM in India and yet customer service is so pure. People working in BSNL dont have proper knowledge of BSNL services. If some one gives call to 5 different CSC, they get different response to same problem. Even Postpaid bill of Mangalore region doent accept in Bangalore. I havent sent any message to bsnl but callertune has been activated since 1 year ago.
