Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

I applied for BSNL broadband combo 650 package on 27 May 2013 and given subsequently. Since the beginging it is not working properly. Many a times in the day it is failing. After informing the department, I started complaining on website but after 2 or 3 times complaint; later whenever I tried to lodge a complaint it is popping up the message "your complaint is already given to a person" but not accepting any more complaints. My mobile no [protected] has been stolen. I will be grateful if you please block the sim on an urgent basis. I have come to know that the no. has been used for calling up after the theft, as the no. is being told to be busy and then after a few minutes it is told to be switched off. I had ported my no. via MNP to BSNL afew days ago. Although it only takes a week to port a number, mine was ported after 2 weeks, during that period I was left with no means of contacting anyone. But this is just a minor part of my complaint. My major complaint is that BSNL has announced that roaming charges will not be incurred on customers having Haryana circle numbers in Chandigarh and Panchkula. But I am still geting my balance deducted....

i made a easy recharge a 98 gprs pack on dated[protected] on my bsnl mobile no [protected] but i didn't get any data balance in my account. So i repeatedly made a call to Bsnl customer care but they are unable to resolve my issue, more over they are not giving me my money back to me. the mobile no from which recharge is made is [protected]. please consider my complaint and make Bsnl to return my money. thank you....

i have unsubscribed the the follo service many times and the message on mobile shows the same but after few hours deduction of rs.5 is made for a week out of my balance from prepaid amount meant for mobile calls. no sms or calls are possible on the displayed no.from which the message of such deduction comes. this is happening for the last three weeks. pl. do the needful and oblige....

I RECHARGE MY MOBILE WITH STV RS 89.00, AS PER PLAN ALL LOCAL CALL CHARGES SHOULD BE CHARGED @1P/2SEC AND ALL STD CALL SHOULD BE CHARGED @2P/3 SEC. BUT ACTUALLY STD CALLS ARE CHARGED @3P/2SEC. in BATANAGAR( KOLKATA-700140) is very poor and maximum days
i cant speak to anyone due to non funtioning of Mobile Tower.I also contact

This is your kind information that, I am a subscriber of BSNL Land Line and Broadband No.[protected] in Arakkunnam exchange. Since two weeks before this connection was not working. Last week we given complaint, but till now we did not get connection. My parents so old, I can't communicate with them so far. So please do needful. last month BSNL service provider activated a service on my phone number by itself. after i complaint to them,they deactivated the service and asked me that money will be refunded within a month.but haven't done it yet.when i again called them they said there is no complaint filed for refunding of money.the complaint number they have given me is E18UP303217 on 18/may/13....

we have been using the bsnl land line for more than 10 ten years, but for the last 3-4 years our bsnl landline is not working properly.
when we raise a complaint request, some times they attend the issue, some times not at all.If it is ok for one week then it will not work for two weeks. Customer service is very bad.I belong to very rural area the mobile signal are not very good. So the only mode of communication...
