I paid 1600rs for my tickets for PTD IN SEOUL live viewing and got the sms from bank saying the money was debited, still didnt receive any tickets fr4om pvr's end...

I am a regular customer of pvr gorakhpur, your associate name Asutosh forcefully generate a ticket with combo and charge 100 extra against ticket, when we denied then they misbehave with us.
Please talk once with your manager regarding this....

I tried to book batman movie tickets for 4tg march money deducted but tickets not generated...

I booked 5 tickets for valimai through PVR Cinemas on 25/02/2022, the amount got debited from my bank account but in PVR Cinemas app it shows the transaction failed and the ticket was not booked. This makes me to book the ticket once again since the seat is available that i previously booked. In the second it went through all the way and the tickets were booked. I booked tickets through pvr app by paying payment through cred my amount is deducted but I dint get any confirmation from pvr app.. date of movie is 20 th feb 2022 amount is 830rs movie name spiderman...

The executor didn't let us know the exact seats they said only the highest pay and cheapest were availabe but when entered the entire hall was empty and when we asked why? They asked us to move to the closest row which we booked because the main ddle range wasn't available. I had booked a ticket for a movie at Avni Mall, Kolkata, that I was so eager to watch. Before the movie started, one staff came and asked us to shift to some other place just because one family had to be accommodated together. We didn’t want to but had to do that because he was very persistent. This made my whole experience awful as the view was not that good....

1. The AC in the movie hall was unbearable from the start till end of the movie. Worst part is, there was no staff found to complaint about it. It was extremely cold to all o[censored]s watching the movie, especially to the elders, we literally had to leave the hall twice in between movies in order to escape the coldness and get some warmth outside in the corridor. I have paid an amount ot 1400 at VR Mall banglore, via scanning through phonepe application, but the scanning time was over and the payment was done from my side. I received a Voucher, after raising my complaint here on this platform on Nov 27 (pls check the previous complaint for reference from the records of the acc I have here with you) about not receiving Free Popcorn Voucher even after buying the ticket after enrollment But that Voucher is of no use. Went and saw a movie, water served was of 2019 . Weird taste and expired...

1) missed toss, , , match was not telecast on time as the movie hadn't finished in audi 6

2) When I booked they only had auditorium 6...later they opened booking for auditorium 5...those people didn't have trouble getting seat on time

3) lot of misinformation communicated to me that food wouldn't be allowed inside

4) people were sitting next to each other...no social distancing and no mask

While watching movie in pvr kolhapur green light was constantly blinking. Some sort of light was coming from it. It was looking like a cctv camera. So my question is, is camera installed inside the movie hall in pcr. Was it a cctv camera if yes you should have informed about cctv survillence inside the hall. With refresh to my movie experience yesterday, i had bought raw pressery juice which is worth of inr 90 and i had bought it for mrp 240 which is almost 3 times more than the actual price of the product. Why are these people charging us so much, and moreover we can't bring our food to too which is also not fair. This happened in pvr cinemas sujana mall, hyderabad. Yesterday (18/01/2020) my wife with other family members went for a movie at pvr, bokaro (Jharkhand).

There the ticket window person told her,
It was compulsory to take food coupons along with the movie ticket or else the ticket will not be issued.

For the past few weeks i have noticed that the prices of the tickets have gone up in hyderabad by 30-40%. I am not entirely sure as to why the government is allowing this to happen. The public is clearly unaware about this and no prior notice has been given. The public can not be taken for a fool. Somebody has to look into this matter as we cannot simply take law in our own hands....

Hi today i tried to book a ticket in pvr cinems redhills. I had 2 voucher amounting 50rs each. I applied 2code got redemption of 100 after i tried to make payment via phonepe transaction got failed. Every time i go for a movie in pvr i pay huge amounts of money for the movie i want to watch.
They have an advertisement of more than 30 minutes. It’s very distracting to kids to focus till end of movie and very unnecessary.
Besides it’s a huge violation of my rights as a consumer
