I, viswanada sai srikanth s/o venkata ramana residing at plot no 336, gayathringar, dharmapuri road vizianagarm-535002.
My father was applied for change of address at eSeva, vizianagarm on 04/03/2012.
We have been living at the above said address since 10/01/2012.
Earlier, we lived at house no 4-12, tummapala (villiage), anakapalli (mandal) Visakhapatnam-531032 for 40 years.

I am Velu from Hosur (Krishnagiri Dt,Tamilnadu), I want to apply for a separate Ration card to my family (Me & My Wife) my name is available in my family ration card and her name is available in her family ration Card. Just six months back, we were informed by the Ration Shop owner, that the have deleted my fathers name (Dahyalal M Pandya), from the Ration Card, though no such confirmation was received from the Rationing office - in writing nor verbally -Wehn I visited the Rationing Office, he had many reasons, but not the actual answer, as to why the name was deleted.

I have applied for New ration card for our family ( 2 adult +1 child) by producing application from along with required documents(Original removal certificates from our parents ration card of mine & wife + birth certifcate copy+ gas connection bill+ voter id copy) . It is more than six months till now i have not received the ration card , whereas you have agreed the deliverable within the time span of 90days. like this...

my father had gone to issue for ration card application. he got the application but despite of telling that we need a white colour ration card they said it is not available currently but you will surely get a white one at the time of delivery. my mom went to take the ration card. they gave many troubles delivering it. she returned home sick. yesterday when she went again to take it, they caused many problems and didnt give any further details...

I have submitted the ration cards of my family to get them changed, as they got mutilated at the Kolkata Ration office on 3.2.11.
I have visited there for more than 4-5 times.
I am a student of B.Com, and missing my college and visiting them for so many times is hampering my studies.

The ration card when renewed has misspelled my name. My name is Liszel and they have spelled my name as Kiszel. This posing alot of problems to get my PAN card and other important documents. When I went to the Ration Card office in Dahisar East as I live in I.C.Colony, Borivali west, they told me that I needed to go to Charni Road to get it Gazetted. This is simply ridiculous , for a fault of theirs, I have to go all the way to do something...

I would like to throw light on the recent fraud and cheating by some ppl impersonating as govt. employee of ration shops.
Recently a man named Naskar da landed up in our house and offered to renew our ration cards in the name of my father ,myself and othr family members,He had the req. forms with him and also the relevant information b4 hand.For this work he demanded the normal fees and his 'charge'...

My Ration card left somewhere on 16.02.2011 while going for taking ration.
My card is BPL , So someone can misuse this one and take loan.

I submitted an aplication for new Ration card on dated- 18/12/2010. I got reciept on wich the date for taking the card is 4/1/2011 I went at suvudha office 2/3 times but till I didn't get my ration card.

My name is Santhiya. I am writing this mail on behalf of my parents who are residing in Chengalpattu.

My parents have been residents of the area (ward no.29) since April 2009. And they buy provisions from Shop no.9 with ration card no.03/G/0387766 and my father name is R.Mohan S/o.Rajaratnam

Up-to July 2010 they bought provisions...
