I am ravinder singh. one person from our locality had made ration card on my address with getting my eletricity bill and he had shown this as his careoff address. he also has taken some loan showing this as proof. He is not suppose to do ration card.

Let me know what should I do such that his ration cards gets cancelled. I will also like to know how should update bank that he has given wrong document since...

I agree that i also give Rs. 350 to make duplicate card
But now he destroy my Ration Card.
& he is not gives ration to all needed people As per your rules & ragulations..

I am a ration card holder of Goregaon (West) Mumbai (Near Sanskardam School, I have visited the ration shop thrice for collecting the form but some or the excuse is given to me and the form is not given. The last date of submission what I understand is 30/01/10. Please guide me how to go about in this matter.

Hi, My name is Prashanth, I reside in bangalore and have lost a ration card. I went to chamarajpet ration card office and filed a complaint for lost of ration card and got the acknowledgment for the same.

Its been 3 years, no action is been taken and none of them contacted me nor anyone have come for verification.

My Grand mother, Sarla Punjabi, has a ration card and none of my family members have their name on it as we have been abroad till 2001. When ever I try and get my name registered in the ration card, they tell me to come in the next month but dont even issue a form to me. Could you please help me with the same. In Kallakurichi (Villupuram District) (Ka.Mamanandal Road Nagar, VOC Nagar Ration Shop No 4) there they Kept Stationary items Like toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, sunflower oil, Henko washing soap and Ponvandu Soap and many more goods as like departmental store. They are forcing us to buy the stationary items, and charging extra money from us. If we neglate the item to buy they are not giving the ration product. And also we are being cheated...

I am residing in the West End Colony, Moggappair, Chennai -37. There are more than 15 families without the ration card verification. We use to get the products from the shop numbered 007....

I have applied ration card on 03/dec/2007 at sriperumbudur. I deleted my name and my wife name from our family ration card, I have applied new one with all necessary documents and after so many visits & requests RI verified my address and written the same on my application for approval after 1 year.
