i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

I have complaint against AIRTEL, they deduct two time money from my balance. I have prepaid connection and I used internet two times, one is for 4-5 minutes and second 15 minutes and they deducted Rs. 27.00 and Rs. 34.00 , I also called in customer care but they don't have report and telling me lie that I used internet more than hour and download much data. They even not talk

from last month to this month i have got 60rs deduct from my prepaid phone i have complain 4 to 5 times to customer executive but customer executive did not provide proper guidance to me and some of your executive could not listen what was my complaint so can i get refund of 60rs whatever details you want i am ready to provide you so please take action for my complaint

Sir, my balance is been deduced Rs 15 twice even I m no longer using the Bollywood fusion service.when I complaint it to the airtel spoke person he never replied me back as he promised me to report after 48 hours.Also I am not satisfied with Airtel Customer Care Service as he has closed my service of speaking to the any call center person.So I am not able to even get to know what problem actually occurred and my balance has been deducted twice.
I have already requested you to stop Bollywood Fusion Service.

Airtel — deduction of service charges without subscription

It has been a very bad experience of cheating a custmer from a so called reputed company AIRTEL... CONNECTING -PEOPLE ---- SHOULD RATHER BE AIRTEL.. CHEATING PEOPLE. I never subscribe for songs / jokes / hellotunes etc all. My account balance was reduced by Rs 15 on 18th of September 2009. When I lounged a complain on 121 the CC ex told me that it was deducted for SMS Jokes, which I had subscribed for.
I told her that I had never subscribed any facility. then I was told that after 2 days the deducted amount will be recredited i my account.
TILL DATE I HAVEN"T RECIEVED ANY MESSAGE (JOKES/WELCOME NOTE) FROM AIRTEL.
But today (21/09/09) on inquiring the two Male cc ex responded very rudely saying I had subscribed for the facility and I will not be getting any refund. They were not at all professional and did not bother to solve problem but banged the phone n between the conversation.

I REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE THIS QUERY AT THE EARLIEST. MY AIRTEL NO IS [protected]
I too have the same problem many times but when complained at costumer care they hesitately refund the part of amount charged

Airtel — deduction of balance without cause it happend many time

sir my balance of 30 Rs. deducted by airtel on back month with out cause.

Since the last one month, I receive daily alerts stating Rs. 3 have been deducted for VAS Service.

I complaint given in airtel costumer care at 121 number at list 3 times regarding Balance deduction but they told that we are charge approximately Rs23/- for GPRS service but can not use that type of service

Airtel — erratic deduction from balance

I Mr.Rakesh Thakur is an Airtel prepaid subscriber with contact number [protected].Airtel had activated my a cricket update service on my number from their side which resulted in the deduction of my balance.I was not aware about that service because I was out of town and my cell was switched of for the past three months. Today when I came back and when I switched it on I found that my balance was deducted around 40-50Rs which is not justified. And when I called the customer care they are not ready to listen to me. They are telling that they dont have the records. How come they can deduct the balance without any usage of the services. They keep on doing these kinds of things to raise their money which affects the customers.
I request you to have a look in this matter and return my deducted amount.
