I have taken a BROADBAND CONNECTION with AIRTEL . The problem is that for the first 10 days it had worked properly , and after that from past 15 days Iam not getting the internet connection .I had contacted the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES for more than 30 times since 13 days , they people are not responding to the calls and if iam calling them repeatedly ,they are taking the complaint and ,they are saying that our CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES will come to your house next day morning and fix the problem ,But those people are not coming ,For this reason only i had taken a leave for 3 days with out going to office ,but the representatives are not coming to fix my problem ,Again if i call them they are repeating the same that they vl come tomorrow .My reference number is 35240766.Today again i had called them and they have done the same and gave me the reference number 35591760.





Airtel Broadband connection is the worst i had ever experienced.

Those people will beg like anything for taking a connection and after taking connection , we have to beg for them to resolve the issues.

I request all the customers to not take any connection from Airtel.

Airtel Broadband — Regarding connection

This is mukul from noida. I have a problem from Airtel Broadband. I m going to tell every thing. One day there was a call for me from Airtel Executive, He ask me , Sir are you intrested to have a internet connection, I say yes. after some time again a call and that executive says , Sir i m sendind an executive to your home plz provide some documents to that one. I dont have my current address so he chargs 200 Rs. and say we will arrange rent aggrement for you in 24 hours and also give their conct no . But no Response after that day till now , He is not picking the call and he has changed his phone number .Whats going on and this will not create a good image of Airtel. That Executive have spoiled the goodwill of Airtel. This is not good . Name of that executive is Sharad ranjan, and I have all that documents given by that executive includind all receipt. It's up to Airtel and It's honesty what action Airtel wish to take.

Bharti Airtel — connection problems

I have been facing major connection problem in my college and hostel campus. I never get network in my room and hence neither anybody can call me nor I can call anybody if I am into my room. Even if my mobile shows some tower, I can not connect to anybody.
I have been facing this problem since more than a month. not only me but many of the frustrated people have already logged complaint for no conncetivity in the hostel. But till now nothing has been done to resolve this problem and even did not tell us why this problem is arising and how much time will be required to resolve the problem. This is really very irritating and annoying.
We people, here in somaiya campus Vidya vihar, Mumbai, 400077, are completely fade up with the service level and connection problems related to airtel. We are not being listen by any of the airtel executives and no body is ready to take responsibility for the problems. Had it been happened in Canada or US, proper action would have been taken within few hours and company would have given proper reasons for the problems with due apologies.
now all o[censored]s are planning to switch to some other mobile service provider. The only problem we will face is that we will have to change our mobile no. But this the extreme of the carelessness and ignorance of the customers. I can assure you all that if this behaviour of airtel persist for some more time, they will have to pay a huge loss for this type of extreme poor customer services.
I hope our voice will be listen by the Airtel people and proper will be taken asap.

Airtel — Regarding Broadband connectivity

Dear Sir
I had contacted airtel for a broadband connectivity and in response to my request one Mr. Sohaib had called upon me at my residence at House No.635, Near Saimandir, Sundar Nagar, Raipur(Chhattisgarh)on August 20, 2008. He advised me to remit Rs.200 for the fresh connectivity. I was then given to understand that the connection would be made available to me the next day. On 21st there was not development and therefore on 22nd I had contacted Shri Sohaib to enquire as to what happened he advised me to contact one Mr. Malviya in this connection which I did and there was no improvement in the situation. Meanwhile the family living on the first floor of my house had also applied for a new connection. I had been repeatedly contacting both Mr.Sohaib and Malviya regarding the connection and on 23th they told me that there is some technical problem in giving connectivity viz., non availability of space in the distribution box and also in laying the line. This was again confirmed by their Bhopal Office. Then ultimately I asked Sohaib as to when it will be possible for them to give me the connection. In reply he said positively on 25 by 4.oo p.m. he said he would make available the connection to me or else he would return the money to me. Then for 2 days I was out of station. And on my return yesterday I contacted them in the morning they said that they are trying to do it.
However in the afternoon I was given to understand that the their representatives had come to give connection to the family staying upstairs. Then again on enquiry I was told that there is again some technical problem in giving connectivity. Then when I told them that how is it that there is no technical problem to give connectivity to the person who had applied later and also staying in the same building whrere I am staying then they did not know what to say they said that it is reported that there is some technical problem to give connectivity in my house. Then again I contacted their Bhopal Office through voicemail and they told me that the application has been rejected. Now after theis when I informed Mr. Sohaib about this he said that I would have to fill a fresh application and pay another Rs.200 for getting the connectivity. Then I informed him that I do not require their connectivity and that he should pay me Rs.200 for which he said that he will try to repay in the form of a cheque whereas he had taken cash from me.
Will the company take necessary steps to look into this matter and arrange to get me my deposit back at the earliest and also punish the concerned officials to cheat the public like this.

i had been complaining of poor connection at MNR medical college Sangareddy district hyderabad, for one year, nothing has been done, customer service department is very poor, only answer is to switch over to other service provider.
We are facing connection problem at Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai, Since 8 to 9 months,
Have given complaint to airtel toll free no. 1000 times, I have all possible complaint nos. with me. We have 14 Airtel connections with us. And now I am thinking if this problem doesn’t get rectified sooner I have to shift to Reliance (The best Network in India).

The worst part is the customer care, no body is ready to understand the issue .

One day I got an sms requesting me to contact Agarwal Info, Chennai if in case I need Airtel broadband connection. Guess it is a franchise of Airtel. The following were the nos mentioned in the sms:
[protected], [protected]. I called one of these no. as I was in need of Braodband connection. One guy named Harish picked the call. He asked for my address to check the feasiblity in my area as I resided in sholinganalur, Chennai. After an hour I got a call back from him stating me that it is possible for Airtel broadband connection at my home. He requested me to pay a sum of 500Rs to the marketing guy named Magesh. His mobile no. is [protected]. He got my photograph, 570 Rs from me and promised i will get the connection in 4 days time. Then 5th day I called him. He told me to talk with a guy named Krishnakumar who is also an employee of Agarwal info. His mobile no. is [protected]. He didnt respond properly. Every day I used to call him. He was jeep on dragging day by day. Then after 3 weeks time he told me to talk with his manager named Baskar. His mobile no. is [protected]. This guy checked with other team and told me that my house is 95M away from the dp box and it is not possible for them to give connection.
I asked him why the hell they checked for the feasiblity and got 570 Rs from me. He apologised and told that i can be moved to cancelation and I will be getting my money back in 10 days. Yesterday, suddenly Airtel people came to my home for installation. I called baskar why he told that it was not possible previiously. He again apologised and told that his team has achieved the target for the previous month. So, moved my application to next month. So, whatever these people said was not true. They are very big frauds. If you want to get a Airtel broadband connection please go to Airtel showroom direcly rather than going to franshise like Agarwal Info. Because of Agarwal Info., Airtel's name is getting spoiled though they provide good service. Now I go with TATA INDICOM.
Those people are not ready to cancel my connection too. Now my moeny is in vain. Could you please help me in getting the money back. In this world of recession 570 bugs is really a big money for me.

AirTel — regarding poor internet connection

I am not able to access some of the sites... eg orkut.... i dont even get login page of orkut... i am using samsung mobile(M200) which supports gprs.. i am using mobile office settings... i have saved it but the connection is very slow... i am not even able to download small files..

I am Ankit Bansal using airtel prepaid mobile number [protected](Kolkata Circle).Today at 3:35 PM dated 04.01.2010 i called to ur customer care(198 as the calls are not going in 121 or [protected] from my number) for a help the phone was received by Moumita Banerjee, I want to know about the sms pack which are available under Airtel prepaid Scheme, but the reply was service not available with us. this is the favourite line of Airtel Customer Care Team. If the service is not available with the customer care then whats the use of calling it as I told to the csr but she started behaving differently & was behaving so rude.
Following are the words used by her & how she behaved.
1. We dont have so much time for one customer.
2. We dont have other words to say thats why we say all to this customer.
3. Team-Leader is not available(As i asked for)
4. Disconnected the Line without particular Information.
I am using your Airtel number from the last Five Years & I have many more connections of Airtel prepaid & postpaid (mobile & Landline).I want to know throuugh mail or by phone what the action had been taken from your side.

Airtel Broadband connection. — Regarding connection.

I had applied for Airtel broadband connection in August 2009 through a phone line, evey formality was completed, but they were anable to provide me the connection, they took Rs 1610 and returned only 1000 Rs back, also they took 200 Rs for the documentation. The executive who did this was Ravi Rajput. I want to put a charge on them to pay my money back, with all my wastage of additional money and time. Its being 6 months and they said you will be refunded the money back in 45 days

AirTel — REGARDING AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION

I HAVE APPLIED FOR AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY-2010 BUT STILL I DIDN'T GET THE CONNECTION. THIS PEOPLE THEY HAVE TAKEN RS1500 AS INSTALLTION CHARGES. AFTER TAKING MONEY SOME 15-16 DAYS LATER THEY TOLD US ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE INTERNET CONNECTION IN OUR AREA.

WHEN WE HAVE TOLD THEM TO REFUND OUR MONEY THEY TOLD US IT WILL TAKE SOME 15 DAYS OF TIME TO REFUND OUR MONEY.BUT STILL I AM WAITING FOR THAT RS1500.WE HAVE LODGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS BUT NEITHER OF OUR COMPLAINTS WERE PROCESSED. WHEN WE CALL THEM REGARDING THE MONEY THIS PEOPLE WILL NOT TALK PROPERLY.

Airtel — airtel broadband internet connection problem getting no response

I am having airtel broadband internet connection problem.I launched a complain 3 days back but i am not getting positive feedback.I also paid my bill but the condition is same.Whenever i call customer i do not get response.

Airtel Voice and Broadband — Very Very poor Customer Service

I have been using Airtel Broadband and Telphone connection for the past 2 years; I changed from BSNL for the speed and the customer service. But Airtel Service is completely pathetic. Here are the list of concerns:

For the past two occassions; once for my Broad Band - Complaint No : 40405316 and recently for my telephone land line - Complaint No :45037670; both these complaints were closed by the engineers without even finishing the task. I have never seen this kind of service; how can a person close the call when its not completed by simply putting they have confirmed from us. And in both the cases no one had called to confirm the same; and I would be waiting for the problem to be rectified. When I called up Airtel's call centre I was told that the call has already been closed and I need to log in a fresh call. Is this a kind of service we get from the "so called" no.1 service provider. There is no Service sheet or anything where the customer has to sign, engineers can just close the call looks like and they just close the calls without even completing it.

Getting your call centre agent takes min. 15 mins and they disconnect the call telling technical error when asked to transfer to the escalation department. Believe me I had to spend around 1 hour from my mobile (had to call up thrice) to get to the escalation department but it was in vain.
Will Airtel refund me the cost spent from my vodafone mobile?

Iam advising all my friends please dont take Airtel connection instead go for a data card, much more easy and convenient and I really feel for changing from BSNL to Airtel.

I registered the complaint on 23/APR/2011. More than 10 days is over and they didn't resolve the issue. Very bad thing is they closed complaint twice without resolving the issue. To call them we need spent more money and time. They are not responding properly also.

Airtel Deptt Cross Connection Mistake repeat again another Airtel Landine No Attached in my Airtel Fixed Line No. This Airtel No. [protected] attached in my Airtel Phone No. I am again compalint on dt 11.05.2011 vide Ref No.[protected] Time 03:28 P.M. But Our Compaint Not Short out. Today dt 12.05.2011, I am again compaint registered regarding cross connection Attached in My Airtel Fixed Line vide Ref No. 46180358. But Till date & Time My Compaint Not Short Out. In this purpose I am face for Financial, Mentaly, Physical Problem. So you are requested my Problem regarding cross connection , Airtel Broadband not working short out ASAP, take hard action in My Area Nodal Officer & Give me Compensation for Problem Facing Financial, Mentaly, Physical . I am wating Quick & Postive Response.
