[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — Order Not received - False Commitment | |
Hi, I have placed order an for Louis quartz watch and Verona trolly bag on 3rd of December' 07 and my order# is[protected]. Today is 13th of Jan'08 and I have not received the my order. Whenever I try to contact them they give false commitments and give me false excuses. Summary of calls made to AVA: 25/12/07 - Sudhir 28/12/07 - Rosita 2/01/08 - Shashank 3/01/08 - Don't remeber the name (provided me the docket# for courier company) 7/1/08 - Meenakshi 7/1/08 - Lalit (Floor Manager - committed that I will receive the product by Thrusday) 11/01/08 - Gopal 11/01/08 - Inderpreet 11/01/08 - Gaurav 11/01/08 - Ashish 12/1/08 - Manish (provided me the phone# for courier company) 12/1/08 - Meenakshi 12/1/08 - Rajesh Even after making so much call to them I haven't received the product. On 3/01/08 they provided me the docket# but they didn't provided me the courier company phone#. I tried to get the number from them but they never provided the courier company number and luckily today I got the number for courier company. The strange thing is that courier company is telling me that they have not received any shipment from AVA Merchandising. When I am asking to refund the money they are saying that it will take more than one month to refund the money so it would be better if you wait for the product. I do not understand it takes a minute for them to charge the money and it takes a month to refund the same money. I have paid my first installment to the bank but I haven't received the product. One more intresting thing that they are charging me Rs 250 for the delivery and they are taking ages to deliver the product becuase I paid the delivery charges. I had a word with their Floor Manager - Lalit who committed me that I will receive the product by Thrusday but again that was a false committment. I have been trying to get a hold of Lalit but now he is not coming on phone or his Agents are making excuses. Please help me and provide me a solution! We have comlpaint for not sending the material as the goods are not availble in stock, told by your customer centre exectuive on 1st April 2009 and we have cancelled the orter with the request to refund the payment immediatelly with the [protected]@30%P.A to our SBI CARD.your early action will be highly appreciable.Our order no.is SB-16258 dated 6th march 2009.The same request was also sent to you before.

AVA is expertise in this matter.Me from Kolkata is also facing same problem.I will move to consumer forum and file case against them.

Answer from them =’Your product will be delivered within this week ’(They use to say same word every week when we call them)
Amount paid=’1990’(Seems to be using it for 21 days interest by giving the amount outside and giving the salary to the people who is working )
If you want to cancel it = 21 days (Not sure whether its 21 days or 21 months?)

AVA have cheated me also in the similar fashion. The order was not delivered due to stock out and I am still following up with them to refund the amout of Rs.9550 paid through my credit card on 22dn March;09 for which I paying the interest charges.
It is high time that we should come together and file a joint complaint to NHRC or police to stop these unethical practices adopted by the companies lile this. If interested please call me at [protected].

As per AVA merchants Company saying that it is ISO certified company, but the way they commits and the BAKWAS product they have i thinks so it is not certified company. I purchased a product but the product was not working due to this it get repaired but aging the problem same. NOW WHERE IS ITS STANDARD
I am also facing the same problem. First they told that goods can't be delivered at Durgapur though every courier has it's centre here at Durgapur. Then I gave them my Kolkata Address. They told me that the goods have been despatched to Kolkata and they SMS me the despatch no. of First Flight Courier.But on inquiring from First Flight, they told me to enquire from AVA, as there is no such despatch. Today on enquiring from AVA, they told that out of 3 orders, 2 have been despatched today only through DTDC. They have given me despatch no. D01597474 And 75. But on DTDC shipment position finder there is no record of such consignment.

I seriously doubt the authenticity of the products sold by AVA merchandising. They seem to be products from the streets of Chandni Chowk with an imaginary MRP of high amounts and imaginary high discounts which sound like a very good deal. I am afraid i have been conned into buying some items from them and I vow never to fall prey again. I think its better to buy from a shop in person. Internet shopping in India is prone to fraud atleast for the next 25 years.
I seriously doubt on the service. I placed an order for Black Berry basic model 30 days before and after 6-8 follow ups, team told that running out of stock. Then i placed change in order for 8110 model Black Berry. Again, after 10 follow ups, team said they are about to deliver the production. But for the past 5 days, the application is down and they are sitting idle without work. NO ALTERNATE SOLUTION WAS GIVEN, NO WORK AROUND, NO ROOT CAUSE. This is totally pathetic the way in which they run the company. Internet shopping in India is prone to fraud atleast for the next 25 years.
AVA Merchadising is a big time fraud company.My order no HS1138 digital photframe not delievered for last 2 months and nor my money is refunded even after following up with there team which is good for nothing guys sitting in there gurgaon office.I want to take this matter to consumer court and also want to TAKE COPS FROM GURGAON OFFICE TO AVA AND JUST SEE THERE SENIOR STAFF WHO FOOL VALUED CUSTOMERS OF HSBC AND OTHERS.Anybody want to join me please drop me a mail on my personal mail id.

I had travelled Delhi to Kochi on 02nd August'09 through Jetlite, I got a pearl set in my scratch card. I paid Rs. 599 /- through demad draft on 10.08.09. But till now i never received the pearl set and there is no communication from AVA. Please kindly update the status. Please send my order no. to follow up through the tacking system.

AVA is really a disgusting company, their main purpose is to bluff with people. I have Places an order in the month of Dec 2008 but still not received any product and requested for refund but they are doing wrong promises. Plz provide met the way to get my money.
I had purchased MPA Pen Reader (Spy Camera) for Rs. 1990/- on 22/6/2009 at AVA's Aiport Outlet at Domestic Airport in Mumbai.
When I tried using it for the first time, sometime last week, I could not use it as the good was faulty. I felt cheated as many of you have been.

Very very poor service and commitment. Since 19.09.2009 when the material was booked till today (15.09.09) 2 months they have not been able to deliver the material. Money was charged through credit card 3 months back. Shame on AVA Merchandising. They are taking so much orders from customers but 90% customers are suffering because of non delivery of materials. How long such type of companies can survive is a big question mark for them? Big thing is that they have a website which is well advertised but the main thing is that the website never opens. When asked to them they say if you want to order for materials they give us order, no need to check the website. Such a foolish response from customer care.

AVA is a complete FRAUD. Every agent at the call center is most definitely trained to lie. Order no. is cc43. Due to non-delivery, I asked for a refund. The cheque is supposed to have been written out on the 3rd Oct & despatched through DTDC. The Docket No. is not recognizable even by the staff of DTDC!!!
Every time I call AVA, they need more "time" to sort this issue. People I normally speak with are Jenna (who specializes in promising a call back that never happens), Sonia Singh (who is happy to pass the buck on to someone else) & the floor supervisor Mr. Harmeet (who always needs more time to look into the issue). I have ordered this product through Tata Sky & I am disgusted with AVA. Surprising how a TATA company with high morals is associating itself with a Fraud Company like AVA!!!
