[Resolved]  Ava Merchandising — Order Not received - False Commitment

Hi,

I have placed order an for Louis quartz watch and Verona trolly bag on 3rd of December' 07 and my order# is[protected]. Today is 13th of Jan'08 and I have not received the my order. Whenever I try to contact them they give false commitments and give me false excuses. Summary of calls made to AVA:

3/01/08 - Don't remeber the name (provided me the docket# for courier company)
7/1/08 - Meenakshi
7/1/08 - Lalit (Floor Manager - committed that I will receive the product by Thrusday)

11/01/08 - Gaurav
11/01/08 - Ashish
12/1/08 - Manish (provided me the phone# for courier company)

Even after making so much call to them I haven't received the product. On 3/01/08 they provided me the docket# but they didn't provided me the courier company phone#. I tried to get the number from them but they never provided the courier company number and luckily today I got the number for courier company. The strange thing is that courier company is telling me that they have not received any shipment from AVA Merchandising.

When I am asking to refund the money they are saying that it will take more than one month to refund the money so it would be better if you wait for the product. I do not understand it takes a minute for them to charge the money and it takes a month to refund the same money. I have paid my first installment to the bank but I haven't received the product. One more intresting thing that they are charging me Rs 250 for the delivery and they are taking ages to deliver the product becuase I paid the delivery charges.

I had a word with their Floor Manager - Lalit who committed me that I will receive the product by Thrusday but again that was a false committment. I have been trying to get a hold of Lalit but now he is not coming on phone or his Agents are making excuses.

Please help me and provide me a solution!

i book blackberry 8100 mob phone, on 21 of september, the person name amit singh who place the order, when i ask him for order no. he said the server is down, he ask me that he can place order tommorow morning & he can call me tommorow. but after that there is no response from there side, I am continously trying to contact on their coustumer care no. every time some body pick the phone & put it down immedietly.no body is giving me any type of response. now the amount of that product reflect in my bill of ABN AMRO credit card.

take action against amit singh, sales dept. so that furthur no one face problem.

They are very polite over the phone and really make it a point not to badger which is a real pleasure.

AVA merchandising — non-delivery of the product evenly its been paid on the spot (kolkata)

on dated 16/04/08 an amount of rs-4150/-(8.56 am) i had paid but due to non availibility they promised me to give the product no.of 723 of rs-1100 invoice no-911 of dated 16/04/08 within 48 hours to my residence address but yet not they made it nor they replying properly., simply i am helpless ..my no. is..[protected], [protected], [protected]

I ordered a pearl jwelery set from AVA for my girlfriend and got it delivered to her place. She is absolutely floored.
Dear all It is really a matter of disbelief that AVA Merchandising is cheating the people so fearlessly. I have also booked a kid laptop-1069 order No. CI108 on 30/09/2008, cost of item with delivery charges Rs.250 have been charged through Credit Card but I have not received the item.I have also applied Citibank (credIt Card) to investgate in the matter and do not charge for the item which I have not received, as all the credit card banks are endorsing the marketing of products through AVA and alike agencies, as such they are also equally responsible if consumers are cheated.
I am very consistent user of SBI credit card. Trust you will find positive transactions history on my relationship with SBI cards.

Few days ago I have received my card statement enclosed with a Scratch and Win voucher from SBI Cards and from the same I have won Reebok Bag worth Rs.1299 at special price of Rs.590/- only.

Since this offer was made from company like SBI Cards without any hesitation or sort of a doubt in my mind I had called up M/S AVA Merchandising Pvt Ltd to complete all formalities including payment of Rs.590 from my SBI credit card. At the same time AVA call centre agent successfully sold me Luis Quartz Watch worth Rs. 3990 at Rs.590 only. Again trusting on SBI I have ordered for that product also with payment of Rs.590/-.

I have received the delivery of Reebok bag yesterday - 10th November 2008 and observed that received Reebok bag is totally a DUPLICATE bag with no qualities of original Reebok product. This bag has no manufacturing details, country where the bag is been manufactured, product bar code, etc. Also material of this bag is a very low quality plastic with a very irritating odor.

Now I am terrified on even accepting the delivery of Luis Quartz Watch and I am sure this will also a duplicate product with low quality features.

I am really disappointed and surprise to learn that SBI Card is promoting fake products for its loyal costumers which is not accepted by customers like me as well expected from company like SBI. I would like to know how authorities of SBI Cards are going to take action on this issue and compensate me for my losses? Is SBI Cards interested in creating more and more dishearten bunch of customers with the help of AVA Merchandising Pvt Ltd?

Each time the catalogues with AVA are different and I can guarantee you, that there will be at least 2 products that you will invariably pick up because they are exactly what you would have been looking for.

Ava Merchandising — no product delivery with misbehaviour

I had ordered three products in september'08 and didnt recieve any product even after one month and was shocked to find that they are not responding, keeping on hold for indefinite period or simply disconnecting[saw first time in my life].order taking line is on and the complaint line tells 'everyone is busy and someone will attend shortly' in a recorded voice agin for indefinite period.Helplessly I went to a top oficial of hdfc bank, threatened him to go to consumer court, and got my products now, after 2 months of ordering.
What is misleading :1.The products are offered with the reputed Banks' Credit Cards-which have a more or less good customer service.
2.The ISO status of ava.
I must tell u this is a fraud company.there may be delaysin product delivery as we face with other companies also, but Ava's attitude towards the customer is like those from the 'Chor Bazaar' which have haunted me.How can this co. be rewarded an ISO status?
I can prove this also.How?
I will then request you to check the praise mails in this same site along with the other sites stating "ava is superb, amazing, awesome' etc.etc.
I[censored] minutely look at those mails, u will find that these are Ghost mails.
Only a fraud can send ghost mails.

Non-refund of Money
I ordered a polar bear mixer griner from AVA Merchandising in the month of July. However, when i did not received the product till the end of July, i ordered for the refund of money stating that i have purchased a new mixer grinder and i do not need this product anymore. Since then i have been calling up everyday but have not received my refund till date. Everytime i call up, i get a new excuse from the staff there that but madam this is in process and will be done in one week and so on. today when i called up again to check the status, i was told that there is no request for refund submitted so far.

Please advise how to do i get my money back as i am sure by now that AVA Merchandising is a fraud company, neither theyb deliver any products nor do they refund money.

AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. — Product not delivered but my credit card charged

Hi,

I placed an order on 23rd Nov, 2008 and till now I have not recieved the Watch that I have ordered for. My SBI credit card was debited on 25th Nov only for Rs. 590/=. My mobile no. is [protected].

I already talked to the Customer Care many times and everytime they say that it was out of stock and i would recieve the product in next 4 days. Its now almost 1 month.

Please get my order cancelled immediately and let my money be refunded to my card.

a v a mercandising — non receipt of product

i have placed order for louis swatch watch to a v a merc.(recd screatch card along with sbi s/a) in september, amount already debited on 18.09, but till date products not recd, made many complaints to company, but no responce from them.
I have experienced the same thing.

M/S AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd; Gurgaon, Haryana is cheating valued customers of SBI. I received one offer of scratch card along with the monthly statement (October) of my credit card no.--- . IRANI MUKHERJEE.

Trusting upon the image of SBI, asked them to send my scratch card offer 'Louis quartz Watch', but they have not send till date, whereas Rs. 590/- was debited to my Credit Card account

Kindly save the other people from this fraud using the name of SBI.
What can be the solution. Can anybody help me.

Ava Merchandising — Shipment not made more than a month but product billed to my credit card

I had placed an order on AVA Merchandising product (order# ST1486) Laptop cum Overnighter bag on Nov. 29. I have been following up since then and everytime i call up the customer service, the info. i get is the product has been despatched and on the way. In mid Dec, after my continous follow-up i got the info. that the product has been wrongly delivered and that it shall be despatched immediately. I again started my followup and till now, i have not got the product. When i called today (2nd Jan 09), i was informed that the product shall be despatched on 5th Jan. This is going on and on. I am not being provided any senior personnel contact number at AVA. I have not got one courtesy phone call from them informing the status of the product or giving the despatch details. This is the worst customer service, i have ever seen. I would strongly advice Standard Chartered Bank with whom AVA have a tieup to stop advertising along with their credit card statement.

I purchased a Blumax Bluetooth from AVA Merchandising in February 2008. Order No.[protected]. However, the product turned out to be defective. So I sent it back but it is not yet replaced after so many months. I got a call once from the company saying that they have received the defective device.
