[Resolved]  Ava Merchandising — Order Not received - False Commitment

Hi,

I have placed order an for Louis quartz watch and Verona trolly bag on 3rd of December' 07 and my order# is[protected]. Today is 13th of Jan'08 and I have not received the my order. Whenever I try to contact them they give false commitments and give me false excuses. Summary of calls made to AVA:

3/01/08 - Don't remeber the name (provided me the docket# for courier company)
7/1/08 - Meenakshi
7/1/08 - Lalit (Floor Manager - committed that I will receive the product by Thrusday)

11/01/08 - Gaurav
11/01/08 - Ashish
12/1/08 - Manish (provided me the phone# for courier company)
12/1/08 - Meenakshi
12/1/08 - Rajesh

Even after making so much call to them I haven't received the product. On 3/01/08 they provided me the docket# but they didn't provided me the courier company phone#. I tried to get the number from them but they never provided the courier company number and luckily today I got the number for courier company. The strange thing is that courier company is telling me that they have not received any shipment from AVA Merchandising.

When I am asking to refund the money they are saying that it will take more than one month to refund the money so it would be better if you wait for the product. I do not understand it takes a minute for them to charge the money and it takes a month to refund the same money. I have paid my first installment to the bank but I haven't received the product. One more intresting thing that they are charging me Rs 250 for the delivery and they are taking ages to deliver the product becuase I paid the delivery charges.

I had a word with their Floor Manager - Lalit who committed me that I will receive the product by Thrusday but again that was a false committment. I have been trying to get a hold of Lalit but now he is not coming on phone or his Agents are making excuses.

Please help me and provide me a solution!

i got a brouchre wid my standard chartered credit cards statement befor odering anything 2 AVA i checked this site 2 see the reviews of the product well no doubt ow that this AVA is a fraud company n i think standard chartered bank is even a big fraud bank who is supporting such Z rated companies like AVA

Ava Merchandising — Product Undelivered & EMI continue from Last 3 months

I have Purchased the product 3 months ago & still i didnt received the product & HDFC is charging EMI every month while i told to HDFC, AVA, Blue dart that I[censored] need any FIR then i can file even then they are not resolving the issue...


I never seen this type of service ever...Extremly BAD

yes, i am also 100% agree this. I am one of the victim. Their job is cheating others only.
Does anybody know the telephone numbers of the senior management in AVA Merchandising. I would like to call them and give a piece of my mind.

Coffee — faulty delivery

A consignment consisting of 2 packets of Coffee (in two packets of 1 kg each) was booked from Kalasa (Karnataka) for delivery in Hyderabad. Only one packet was delivered. This is a serious case of pilferage.

AVA merchandising — Non receipt of free gift

I had purchased a sony digital camera from the company under a tie-up with HDFC Bank credit card. The company was providing free gift (a reebok bag worth Rs.1099) along with purchase of the product. First of all I got the product very late. As far the free gift is concerned, I have not yet received it. I had placed the order for the product in February 2008. My order number is[protected] and the reference numebr for the free gift is[protected].

Monalisa Pearl Set/2367 — Not received the pearl set yet!!

I received a voucher of Monalisa Pearl set on scratch and win contest in JETLITE. I paid the amount Rs.500 already by credit card. An sms appeared on the 21st July that the item was despatched and the AWB was mentioned. Today it is 12 Aug and still I have not received the item. I keep giving my order no to every executive every week to check the status and I get the answer as ' You will get the item next week'. Why do you guys give fake committments even after taking away our money.
Is this kind of service you provide. Please note if I donot get the item in another 5 days, I need a refund of the amount, as I am no more interested in the item. My order no. is already mentioned.

AVA merchandising — Not yet received the ordered materials

This is very sadly I am briefing that I did booked 2 no of product from AVA Merchandising through phone on 15th Aug 2008. The guy (who booked the order) did inform me that "you will received the order with in 14 working day", but instead of 14 working days, 18 working days is all ready over and still I do not receive my ordered materials.

My order confirmation no is[protected]

Out of six EMI, 1st EMI already claimed by bank to me on 4th Sept 2008.

If I do not receive the same soon, I will go to the consumer court

AVA merchandising — false commitments

These people are simply cheating, with hdfc gold credit card i ordered blackberry, and i was forced to order another product LOUIS wrist watch for Rs.490/ by AVA stating that they have swiped by mistake in addition to blackberry order & if they refund the excess swiped amount it will take a long time, even after a month i did not recieved either item and keep calling AVA several times, you know what they do ..? they barr the phone numbers of the customers who call repeatedly .. yes its my experience, either they did not reply or they just put it on hold for as long as 1 hour and hung up. if any others are willing to come along with me am ready to take the signatures of the suffered and submit a memorandum to some govt institution and media who can take action and make public aware of this cheating, and moreover am thinking of severing all my accounts and cards with HDFC.

AVA Merchandising & HDFC — False commitment

This is regarding AVA Merchandising, i placed an order with AVA on[protected], ordering the Blackberry mobile instrument for which value is indicated Rs.5990/ and i was told that it has to be paid in 6 EMIs, each EMI amounts to Rs.998/-.next day on[protected] i recieved a call from AVA stating that the product ordered by me was out of stock and if i wish i can order for another upgraded version of the Blackberry mobile phone which costs Rs.8450/ and the EMI would be Rs.1498/- per month, i gave my consent and confirmed the order, next day on[protected] i recieved a call again from AVA stating that an amount of Rs.8490/- was swiped from my credit card instead of Rs.8450/-, they said that it was by mistake and for that they are offering me a LOUIS wrist watch for which i have to pay Rs.490/-, as they have swiped already Rs.40/- from my credit card in extra to the first orderd product, they will swipe Rs.450/- more and will send me the LOUIS wrist watch, the person who took the order assured that both the products will be delivered with in 14 working days along with a free gift (ladies wrist watch Louis brand). After lapse of 20 days when i did not recieved either of the products i made several calls to the provided numbers to enquire about the order, either i was kept on hold for more than 30 min each time on an std call or i was assured that the product will be delivered to me within next week, when i was asking repeatedly about the time when it will be delivered or making requests for cancellation of the order the person who was online either keep me on hold for a longer perion or hung without proper response. Feeling disguised with the response of AVA i made request to cancel both the orders on[protected], the person who spoke to me said that the orders will be cancelled and the amount charged will be refunded to my credit card account with in a period of 14 days, but to my surprise the EMIs for both the orders were reflected in my credit card statement, when i try to call AVA with my regular number from which i was making calls to them it was either not being connected or if connected it was disconnected immidiatly after i speak out the order number regarding which i want to talk, it is a clear indication that they have barred those numbers, it is for sure as when i try to call the same number from another phone it was connected, i tried this several times and assured mself that they have some provision to barr the numbers which they dont like to answer. these are the order numbers provided to me by the AVA.[protected] for Blackberry mobile[protected] for the Louis wrist watch

AVA merchandising — duplicate product & false commitments overall fraud co.

I have a very bad experience with this co. they gave me the complimentry gift Louis watch duplicate one & the other products which I ordered, they are saying out of stock, I placed the order on 22nd August & hey said within 14 working days i will receive the prduct but till date 12th sep no deliveries are made and even these customer care guys are making fool of customer by giving the false commttment & even false name too. If the product is out of stock, they should not take the order, they debited the amount on same day & no product delivery yet. nd their site tracking is poor no status display only the product information, We know wht we orderd but where is the product. WHo is the boss of the co. KICK his A**, or simply screw...
Inventory management they need to learn.
OVERALL BAD EXP. DONT GO FOR THIS AND PLS ADVICE OTHERS.
i do agree i recieved a scrach card voucher for a louis quartz wrist watch from ava since i am using sbi credit card and i called them to place the order for it and then i enquired them abt the product quality and its price and the procedure of debitting the money but the response was not good and i told them that i am ready to take the offer but if i recive some fake product i told them that i will take action immediately they cut the call and from that time onwards when ever i call them they started to disconnect the call .they barr the phone numbers of the customers who call repeatedly ..

Ava Merchandising — Non-receipt of ordered products and fraudulent activity

I ordered for four products (Products and Codes:Digital BP Monitor(808), Victoria Jwellery Set and Watch (719), Polyrasin Fountain Buddha (913) and Monalisa Pearl Set(Code N/A) - Order No.[protected] on 31st July 2008. I was informed, after repeated long phone calls, that the products were despatched through First Logistics (Ref:[protected] on 9th August 2008. However, I repeatedly contacted First Logistics, but they said no such consignments can be traced as on 8.09.08. Since AVA Merchandising failed to deliver the products beyond a stipulated time, I requested for cancellation of the order on 08.09.08; and I was informed that the cancellation was made, although the executive did not give me any cancellation number. I was also told that the money against such order number will be credited to my SCB Credit Card Account. However, surprisingly, as on today the money has not been credited to my Card Account.

In the event, either AVA should make arrangements for re-despatching of the four products, or make neccessary arrangement immediately to refund me my money, amounting to Rs. 3, 730 to my SCB Credit card Account.

It appears that AVA Merchandising, which claims to be of highest standard regarding consumer service, has been worthless, failed to deliver proper service, and has taken fraudulent activity, which I think demands information be given to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Delhi.

AVA merchandising — product not received

dear sir
i have placed an order of digital blood pressure monitor having product code no 808on 25/08/2008 having order no[protected] and they told me that i will receive that product with in 14 days till up to now one month gone and i have not recieved any product and the amount is also debited from my credit card in EMI. i have written 3-4 times mail to the company and called them more then 10 times to there coustmore care but i have not received any proper answer abt my product delievery. i donot know how they got an ISO[protected] when they are not obeying the ISO rules.

I placed order to avamerchandising "order No[protected]" dated 16-Aug-2008 for 3 products and got the order confirmation on same day saying that order will be delivered with in 21 working days amount also debited from my creditcard, But when I called to customer care after 21 days for the status of the orders they dont have any answer. Whenever I ask for the status they pretend to forward the call to customer care but then nobody picks up the call.They are not even entering my complaint .Even after one and half month I am still waiting for the products. Now I certainly feel they are fraud and this company is not reliable. We should all come together and file a complaint against AVAMerchandising in consumer court also we should ask standard chartered bank to stop continuing their association with AVA merchandising. Now I want my money back. Is there anybody who can help???

It is sorry status that by using State Bank of India’s brand name, AVA Merchandising, Gurgaon, Haryana, a total white collar fraud company is tarnishing Bank’s good image in particular and all the banking industry as a whole. It also a great blow to the online shopping company, people will loss their faith in them.

Trusting upon the image of SBI, asked them to send my scratch card offer 'Louis quartz Watch', but they have not send till date, whereas Rs. 590/- was debited to my Credit Card account.( order no.[protected] dated 12.09.2008)
while asking over the phone, they started misbehaving and ridicule by saying that forget about any commitment made by them. The Mobile number - [protected] where from the order was confirmed was remains switchoff.
Kindly use your good plateform and save the other people from open loot using the name of SBI.
I am least expecting that either they will fulfil commitment or they refund my hard amount Rs. 590/-. looted by them.
