I have been calling the distributor Shri Krishna Gas Service , Mayur Vihar,Mathura Staff of the Shri Krishna Gas Service saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us. Please N.A. action .

Dear Mr. Ghadi- Customer Care,
It is every time problem from your Kajupada-Anjali gas service agency to delay in delivery of gas cylinder. This time I asked for cylinder on dated: 23/02/09. Till date I have not received.
Their typical all time reply is that we are not getting cylinders from our company which I cannot believe perhaps you also.
From almost one and half year I J.C.Suryawanshi (customer id:[protected] asking for extra cyclinder.The reason is that your (kajupada branch) service is very poor. You (kajupada branch) always taking more that one week to deliver the cylinder and that is also only when I am contacting to Mr Ghadi.
Where r u delivering this cylinder to others(unethical-currepted way) with getting extra money I don’t know?
Just now I spoken with Mr. Suresh Barde-Anjali gas service, replied the same thing that they are not getting the cylinders from company.
And because of one holiday-sunday the delay in delivery will be four days.
How they are proportionating the things?
See Mr. Chairman of Bharat Gas.
How the reply comes from distributor?
In a year, 52 sundays means they will delay cylinder delivery by 208 days.
If he (Mr.Suresh Barde) will be at top public sector position e.g.PWD he will never build one bridge in his life.
Bharat gas company to be blamed and not the distributors. Because everyone is having problem with every distributor in every state. I compalined to Bharat Gas 5 months back and they haven't responded till now. Jaisa company waisa distributor

Bharat Gas - Basaveshwara Bharat Gas Agency — Delay in Cylinder Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam
My lpg consumer no is 19563 and connection is with basaweshwara bharat gas agency, yelahanka, bangalore. I registered for refil on 2nd March 2009. Its already 13 days over. Till date they have not delivered the new cylinder. People were telling that the distributor normaly do not pay the amount for load in time. If it so I request the authorities to change the distributor.

मे सीलेंडर बुक करने के लिये खुद जाता हु. ओर बुक करता हु परंतु पिछले छ माह से बुकींग करने पर भी मुझे आठ-ओर दस दिन पश्चात सिलेंडर की डिलीव्हरी दि जाती है, और इसके लिये भी मुझे कंपनी को १०- १२ बार फोन करना पडता है. विलम्ब के बारे मे जब काउंटर पर बात करता हु तो कहते है शार्टेज है परंतु मे देखता हु की कई लोग वहाँ पर आते है ओर पावती फाडकर तुरंत सिलेंडर की डिलीव्हरी दे दि जाती है. तो क्या बुक करने वालो के लिये वेटींग लिस्ट रहती है ओर बाकी के लिये नही. क्या कंपनी की तरफ से इस बारे मे कोई अलग से निर्णय लिया गया है क्या कृपया बताईये, तथा एक सिलेंडर मिलने के बाद कितने दिनो पश्चात बुकींग होती है. कृपया इस नियम के बारे मे बताईयेंगा.

K.Saibaba — Carelessness in delivery of letters

My residential address is

First floor, Plot no. 45, Sapthagiri colony, Sainikpuri PO, Secunderabad-500094

The postman delivering letters does not put in the boxed to our house in first floor, but rather just throws outside in the compound in the ground floor.

I am expecting an important letter from AP Rajiv Swagruha corporation regarding house allotment etc. They have dispatched more than 10 days ago, but the letter is not delivered. I went to the Sainikpuri post office on 9th April and gave a complaint to the Post master, but yet no action is taken to deliver the same. It is understood that the concerned postman comes very late to office even on 9th april, i sat till 10.40 am for him, they said he will come, but did not turn up uptil then. since it is an important letter, i request you to please instruct the concerned to deliver immediately.

I request you to please instruct the Post man to deliver the letter and put them in the box fixed at the entrance of my accommodation in the first floor instead of just throwing them on the floor in the compound.

I did not get my earlier telephone bills etc. I do not know whether the postman purposely throwing the letters / bills as i have given complaint on him.

Kindly look into the matter urgently.

This is Sribhagwan my Gas connection number is V18208, agency name is Eminent computers Pvt Ltd.
I have been calling to Eminent computers Pvt Ltd since[protected], their phone numbers are 29911816, 29915946, 29915947t their phones are going busy. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency. I personally visited the agency dated[protected] and they have given me booking no.246, but I did not receive any positive response till the time. One more thing I would like to brink in focus that employee of agency did not mention the date on which we register our booking, they update the register booking list when the delivery is made.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I always try to book the cylinder over phone (3 lines) but none of the phone nos. are responded, even when we get connection with so difficulty and they react very rudely.

I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 18/03/2009, Booking reference no 102451, in this regard, I have not yet received refilled cylinder for of the LPG cylinder till date. I had called your Basaveshwara gas agency nearly 15-20 times, whenever I called they say today it is going to bill and will send the cylinder.

Today i.e 24.040.09 whenI called your basaveshwara gas agency at phone[protected] one lady took the phone and I asked about this non delivery of cylinder. She said the above booking is cancelled (102451) and she said she will book now fresh booking and send this cylinder. She was not responded to my call and disconnected the line in between without any answer.

For the last eight months or so, severe problem is being faced by this agency, consumers on long delayed delivery of gas refills. It is further embarrassing for us as there is no person to solve the problems of consumers.

Sir, Why is this happening? While other gas agencies are supplying gas with in a maximum of week’s period, why not this agency? As a matter of fact Bharat gas should be able to supply domestic gas far early than the others.

We are allowed to book for gas refill only after 21 days of previous delivery and it takes more than one and half Months for the next delivery.

Also please let us know how to surrender this connection & we do not want Bharath Gas connection and we shall take new connection from Indane gas. Please let me know the formalities.

Sir, in the interest of public I humbly request you to intervene in this matter and ease our problem immediately.

I request you to kindly look into this matter immediately.

Can I expect response for this mail as early as possible.

I am so fad up to delivery of bharat gas, mater is that whenever I give request for booking of gas, always they told me you will get cylinder within 5 days but, they don’t provide me cylinder within 5 or one week, So sir just tell me this is your service, if I will get face this problem again so definitely I will go for consumer court so I request you that plz. send me appropriate resolution of this problem

It has always been that Mahalaxmi gas agency, HAL, Bangalore, never gives the gas according to booking order. It takes more than 15 days + 3 daya visit+ a couple of phone call to get the refill.
Since seven years I am facing this.
Even complaining to the HEAD office also does not work.

I booked for a refill cylinder on 05/05/2009, refill booking to Deori gas service, Malviyaroad Deoria but they didnot vendored that, After a long wait I again complained them on 09/05/2009, 13/05/2009 and till date they have not turned up, now my both cylinder is empty. Bharat gas ka distributer ashwani enterprizes se mera gas connection hai aur ye log pehle to phone nahi uthate hai aur agar galtin se 3-4 din tak lagatar try karne ke bad 1 call attend ki to age se jawab mila ki ye conection hai hi nahi.

im 100% agree with u. Im staying in HAL and just 5 kms far from my residence to the service provider.

If we called up for refilling, the readymade answer will be " will deliver in another one or two days". And I do not heard anyone like Bharat gas. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE (opp ELECTRICITY OFFICE, INDIRANAGAR PH:[protected]

So, we planned to cancel their service. I have a request to u all that i[censored] are choosing a new LPG connection, then please go for some other service instead of Bharat Gas.
