[Resolved] DishTV — DishTV very poor service | |
Dear Sir/ Madam, I’m Vijay Krishna Srivastava from Guwahati and I purchased DishTV connection of 3months subscription scheme as on 25/April/2008. After couple of weeks, I’m continuously facing “No access / Signal not found” problem apart from this problem I’m also in problem of their customer care services of such a reputed group. Whenever I call at [protected] (East region) they never pick their customers calls only one line is repeated continuously “this week is for Hera phere movie order your demand movie” but I ever get the line of their customer executive to tell my problem & this phone line is chargeable also, so after 15-20 minutes of wait I’ve to cut my phone from my side. This is really a very good service of Zee network enterprise for their main customer because they know they the existing customer is in their hand, so it is good not to hear their problems. When I call at DishTV Toll free Airtel mobile no. of Nodia, they pick the phone but ask me to hold the line but after that no reply for a long time and finally they disconnect the line from their side. So this is the Goodwill of Zee network / Dish TV. I mail to dish TV number of times regarding my problem of “No access / Signal not found” which was solved but again after few days it repeated itself. This is my final e-mail to Zee network enterprise / DishTV else I’ve to prepare myself for suit a file in consumer form. We have recharged our dishtv on 23/10/09, but still v didnot get connection at there where no signals for the dish tv. We have made a no.of calls to the custmer care but there was no respond till now. We have recharged 13days back but wat is the use it.We keep on call u people but know use will u people going to provide us 13days extra.
u dont then y u people have delayed for 13days. we demand u to provide the service which we have to get.
Never forget custmers are the main base for ur business & advertisement for ur business. I[censored]r servise is good we suggest some one else to take the connection from u.
But ur service is very very bad, the way u respond us too.Dont do promises to the customer which u guys can't fulfill. dish tv is really sucks

DishTV — Not Activation and Irresponsible behaviour

It's very true..Dish TV service, really rubbish...i dont understand why the hell they have the customer care number..you will never get a chance to talk to an executive rather will bear with one computerised message for as long as you can (1/2 hr i tried)...
Every 10/15day i a get a message "Your setup box is not connected properly...".
Luckily once i got connected to an executive and one technician had come and reinstalled some h/w in the setup box and i had to pay visiting charge + h/w cost and then after 15day same problem and when i call them on one picks the phone..Every month(i think on 29th day) they will disconnect if i forget to pay..
Its really embarrassing ...I too want to go to consumer court..I live in BTM Layout, Bangaloe.please let me know the process.

I rather advice not to go for DISH TV. Its a severe wastage of your money and ur time. I have made several complain but there is no hearing for the same. At last i had to throw the scrap from mine house.

hi,myplatinum package recharge account will be expired on 03.11.09 but i have rechrage the same on 27.10.2009 thru gold package. who should you disconnect the channels like, CNBC,TIMESNOW,CNBC AWAJ, VChannel etc.before validity of paltinum package. i.e upto 02.11.2009.

I complaint to dish tv for not proper signal received in my tv set, I complaint as on 25/10/2009 they response proper and give me reply that my complaint has been solved as on 26/10/2009 but any one not come as on that day, next day 27/10/09 i submit my complaint against they promise it is solved in 6 hour but till date they have not answer.what i can do?

i have give the complaint recently. my v.c. no. is [protected] ihave recharge my v.c.thru gold pack. since my package was recharge via paltinum and valid for 02.11.2009 but you have disconnect the facitily of paltinum pack before expire. i.e.02.11.2009. pl. continue the same upto 02.11.2009 after that you may give the services of gold package.mukesh sharma

It been just 2 days i am greatly repenting on my decision for slecting DISH TV!! when i mute the channel i get the sound or speaker like some thing high voltage is running in ur TV, i bought my LCD tv for 50 K, and these (DISH TV) simply making money and no hearing...also calling them is like calling a non professional cheat fund.
picture quality is just ordinary, , i still try to find out which was giving better image my old cable or this DISH KARO WISH KARO..aur chutiya banao...
i am very much dispointed with it and now want to sale it or dump it.

i am customer of dish TV from almost 1year now i problem in recharging the account .i have platinium south package for Rs 373.00
For recharging I have taken 125/- itz cash cards (4 Nos, total of Rs 500/-) its not getting charged becauce of it is lower valuecard (125/-) i didnot know about this i should have bought 500/- single card. now nobody is helping out in this matter. i have called customer care more than 10 times and i have all transtcation ID. mow the srvice has been diconnected. NOW WHAT I HAVE DO FOR RECHARGING)
