Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I have also purchased Total RO from Eureka Forbes 1 month back & surprisingly the unit had fallen from the mounting assembly due it's own weight & tilll date i am struggling to get it refixed.

No one bothers for customers agony at Eureka Forbes. They are following the same path which Xerox Modi Corp did 6 years back leading to their failure.

Candle is not replaced from last 1.5 years
i have purchased from your company acquagaurd m/c, euro clean m/c, air purifier m/c and RO water filter plant in Rajsamand Distt, Rajasthan, but i am not satisfied with the service of your past dealer as well as present dealer M/s Bohara Electric House, Jalchakki Road, Kankroli, Distt Rajsamand., there is no any person available for giving monthly sevices for maintenance, while other companies are regularly providing monthly services under annual maintenace contract, if you cannot provide regular sevices why do you sale at such places. recently i have paid Rs 3000/- to M/s bohara electric house, jalchakki road, kankroli, distt rajsamand for memrane, carbon filter, post carbon, anti scabin as on dated 08/08/2009. but after second day my M/c Stopped the working and i am purchasing water from market, this complain also logged with your dealer m/s bohara electric house, kankroli, but after 4 dayes they send his representative, he cut the water pipe and thereafter he said that the pressor pump is not working properly, when i asked question my pressor pump is properly working before changing of all the filters and memrane, then how it is possible that the pressure pump is failed, so kindly buybak your water purifier RO m/c otherwise i have to go in consumer court, pl look in this matter very seriously, i want monthly maintenance with your trained representative..

I bought one aqua guard water purifier last year and at the time of buying this machine their representative Mr. K. Devendran had called us and attended many a times to sell the product and some how he has managed to sell this product to us. Inspite of repeated reminders and follow up he could not able to give the service line near by to my residence to do the service. When i call every time he will simply tell that he is only a sales man and we have to contact for service for different people. He will not atleast have a courtesy to get those numbers to support us to make a call. I am desperate to find a service point at Ramapuram in Chennai. Please help me to find a suitable service dealer nearby to my house in Valasaravakkam.
As a customer & user of Aquaguard classic, which purchased on last 28th june, 2009. till date no one from eureka forbes has came even making comlaint about non performance of the system.

This should not happen with any one, other wise eureka forbes will loose the trust & confidence of the customers.

Executives from Eureka come and collect the AMC amount, after that its the customer who has to suffer for any defects in the water purifer, They have provided a toll free No who just take the complaints and dont bother to find out whether the same is attended or not, they directly say we have passed it to the concerned dept .is it my duty to call the concerned dept to get my work done.Is this an govt org .If its once we can say it is by mistake .but its the third time in this year .I request the concerned dept to take care orelse Eureka will start sinking.your monopoly in the market is over as there are many competetors .
We have purchsed WATER PRUIFIER ( HI-FLOW ) model recently at UNIQUE MOULDINGS PVT. LTD. FARIDABAD . After few days fillters got choked & system is not working . Your service engIneer visited once but went with no firm reply & even not submitted report for visit .
We request you to look into our problem & get it solved immediately.

Eureka Forbes — Shameful services from Eureka Forbes

I have purchased Eureka Forbes Vaccum cleaner paying 23550 rupees four months back. Till the cheque was not clear the things were moving fare enough. At the time of delivery when we opened the box in front of Eureka forbes sales person we found that two of the accessories as well as warranty card is missing and on top of that they havent provided the invoice also.

After that 100 times I might have called but no response from there side. Once they get the money they become deaf and dumb.

Something is fishy, otherwise why they are not providing the invoice and warranty card.

Worst services ever seen, I will suggest not to hit yourself by coming in there loop.
Its high time for them to wind up their bags .
I have purchased a vacum cleaner (wet & dry) on 24/6/09, at the time of purchasing the executive by name yogesh gowda told that there is an offer of jeans travel bag which will be delivered in next two days, even after 2 1/2 months still no information, if we call and ask the executives they give vague answers, some times they shout and scold with vulgar languges, request you to look into this who ever it is and deliver the bag immediatly as commited.

I recommended all the customers of India, please do not buy any product from Eureka Forbes, there customer care services are WORST in the world.there sales representatives are cheater, after selling there product they are not responding the customer, inspite calling them so many times.Mostly they sell defective products to customers.I have purchased a RO from eureka forbes, since 6 months i have not got bill/invoice from them, i called them so many times but they are not responding.
THIS IS MY REQUEST TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM EUREKA FORBES.

Eureka Forbes RO Purifier — Replacement Complaint not attended due to shortage of items at Regional Level

I have purcahsed a Eureka Forbes RO Water Purifier on 9 Sep-08.

In aug 09 the tap of Purifier has broken suddenly . I have lodged a complaint in the Kanpur city Head Office on 2- sep-09 . They provide me Complaint No 43.
But till date the tap has not replaced . They told that there is shortage of Tap . So we can not replaced it. Just wait for some time.

My name is Rupali Nair , residing at Vashi , Navi Mumbai,My Complaint Reference no. is[protected] i am very upset and disgusted to have such a bad experince with the way company functions, 1stly we are only 2 people statying in the house and we were very convenced with boiled water , but 1 fine day 2 people from ur company come and sell this purifer to us , infact it was missold to us stating that its LIFETIME FREE SERVICING, and thats the only reason we were happy to buy this product, however its not even been 4 months it started giving some trouble,, then whe i call the Customer Service, I have been told ur still under warenty and complaint was taken for refund and was promised callback within 48hours,Then till one week there is no importance given to my complaint, and the attitude the company has is maybe they dont want to respond to complains where refund is involved as this company just wants to make money and ignore customers to pay them back, I called again then 1 of the agent name Neelam again promised me and stated that if i dont get call again within 48hrs i can complain against her ,and it seems she just wanted to get rid of the call and get to next one, if calls are recored i would appreciate if its heard as agents at CS know that maybe no action will be taken against them ,thats y they are fine if complaint against them is made as she sounded so fine with it., and again its been 4days no call has come addressing my complaint, infact i have called and also given the rep code and name of the representative who has missold this product to us, I wanted an investigation to be done on this, but i think In eureka forbes company which is quite known company is actually cheating people and have no motive in customer satisfaction at all, I would request to refer to the ref no. mentioned above and take action. I have lost trust in this company and i would never ever refer to anyone staying my society, or my family or any of my office collegues as i am not happy with the service given to me by EUREKA FORBES where in I am so forced to actually visit their complaint site as i was not heard at the contact center.

its been more than 4 months and i haven't yet recieved any customer service visit from any of the Eureka forbes executive.
i had buyed a water purifier from them and at the time of installation they promised to visit quarterly but till now i haven't recieved any phone calls or any customer visit

I had purchased an RO water purfier from Eureka Forbes against the exchange of old water purifier which was under AMC with nine more months validity. The salesman, one Mr. Prakash, took the original AMC receipt with the promise that the balance amount shall be adjusted by extending the warranty period of the new model. The service person now tells me that the warranty period cannot be extended which is something that another company official, Mr K. Prasad also repeats to us. We find ourselves cheated by the company salesman and on top of this, the company, instead of taking action against said salesman actually tells us to deal with him indivuidually which is grossly irresponsible on the company's part.
hello sir, i purchased Eureka Forbes RO . after 15 days some ant enter into this. i complaint to Lucknow zone, Faizabad where i purchased but no anybody take responsibility for this. Plz sir change my RO system...

i bought 2 nos of RO System in your vellore branch in Tamilnadu.The Salesmen has collected full amount of Rs.19980/- and issue temporary Receipt No.010680 and promised that the original Receipt will be posted early.But even after 10 months has lapsed the original receipt has not been deleivered, the maintance contract of your Registered person could not be arrived since the original receipt not received.Even the complaints at vellore branch frequently was not attended properly.

Request your earlier intervention and proper action in this regard.

I have purchased a water purifier from ur dealer M/S Surabhi, 18, Jayanti Bazar, M.I. Road, Jaipur on September 23, 2009 vide Inv. No. 0035728 Eureka Forbes W/P platinum.Every day I had been reminding by telephone calls and have gone personally twice for requesting the installation of same, but every day the reply comes same either today or tomorrow.Till today no representative has turned up to install the W/P.This how u provide the service to the customers then I am sorry to say that u will start losing ur customers bcoz many more options r available in the market.A well reputated company if can not provide a better service to the customers then it's a shame on the part of a company.I am prepared to file a complaint and askfor the claim in consumer forum.I feel very pitty for being so irresponsible service from u.Kindly look into the matter seriously.Thanx.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that we contacted your Serampore dealer to buy a euroclean vacuum cleaner. They sent their representative Shri Pradip to my home. While I asked for festive offer, he said “no offer”. He showed the model ACE for Rs.7490/- with one more accessories, the other model with 12 accessories for Rs.5490/-(we saw in the catalogue). He pressurized to keep this machine, and we will pay later. While we refused to keep this machine, he went away. Later on over phone he said indecent word.

After this day, his owner i.e. serampore dealer rang me up, first he introduced “we are Hooghly District Delaer”, though Pradip told us this is direct business, no agent/dealer is not there. Serampore dealer told me “You have disturbed me by contacting again and again, (although I never call up), you came to my shop before a year (I never visit his shop), not at all well-behaved. He does not know how to talk with a lady, what is salesmanship. Salesmanship means to dump the product in customer’s house by hook or by crook, who is not interested to buy from you (is it not pushing sales). She got my mb no. from net, where I enquired before purchasing the product.

My question is this your sorts of dealer, without any reason who misbehave with customer?

Please enquire the matter whether I am telling the truth or not. By this way, you may loose a valued customer by this way.

I had booked a Gold Nova Acqua Guard Water purifier system. The delivery was not on time and the sales person Mr. Ganesh P. (Code Number 9035793) has committed for 'Life-time free servicing'. No AMC required for machine but once the machine was delivered he refused to provide any kind of document and on persistent argument he stamped pamplet stating that it will be free service once the machine is taken to nearest service centre and on the pamplet it is ticket that services will be charged.

I would request that this kind of activities should be curtailed, so that people should not get fooled.
