I was booked e-ticket through transction ID .[protected] from Jammu Tawi to Salem junction in 6318 himsagar Express and date of journey on 24.11.2008. amount Rs. 553 paid from my SBi card. Now I want to cancell my ticket. Kindly return my payment to my credit account please.

IRCTC — erroneous additional debit to bank account on 03/12/2008
Sir,on 03/12/2008, I have booked two tickets for trvel to bombay from ahmedabad on 22/12/2008 & returned to ahmedabad on 23/12/2008 vide PNR No.[protected] &[protected] respectively.
The ref no[protected], with debit of Rs 1451.00 was failed during booking as bank's server gate had not allowed to debit the account.
I confirm that I was delivered only two tickets for PNR Nos. refered above. As the transaction for third debit for refrence No.[protected] was not complete, the credit should not have been adjusted against any transaction. I hope that the you will oblidge me by returning the debited amount, as I can not go for cancelation as the ticket has not been delivered to me.

I was booking the ticket online with IRCTC but at the time of payment the web page showed communication failure and the ticket was not purchased. My bank account was debited with Rs.2046.18 two times. Only one ticket with Transaction ID:[protected] and PNR No.[protected] was confirmed and E TICKET was printed. I donot know the other transaction ID and PNR number. If any other transaction is done except this transaction is debited with Rs. 2046.18 the same may be cancelled immediately and refund may be credited to my account. The date is 09-DDecember-2008 at 09:27:58 PM of the confirmed and ptinted ticket. Another transaction prior of the same amount may be cancelled and credited to my account. SANTOSH BHATIA

IRCTC letter No 2008/IRCTC/ERTD/Refunds/E-ticket/415169/NR dated 30 Jun 2008 is yet to be acted upon by Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds of the Northern Railway.Reminders have been sent by email to all concerned and no action has been taken to complete the refund.
I believe the refund should now be made with an interest penalty for the delay beyond the stipulated time for refunds or a complimentary ticket be issued for the same value as the refund requested ticket.
IRCTC — TDR refund not happend > 90 days
Hi,Following are the deatils of the TDR being filed. The support guys said that it will take 90 days to refund the amount. Now its more than that and there is no communication from IRCTC regarding it.

Its very obvious that i wont use IRCTC services next time and would suggest others also about the same. Also i found the helpline guys very rude and non-caring for customers, everytime i called.
I am not sure if filing a complain here would help me get the money back, but atleast i belive that others reading this would take wise decision of not booking tickets through IRCTC.

Same thing has happened to me as well. I have booked 4 tickets with AC Chair Car to travel from Ahmedabad to Mumbai Central. These tickets were on waiting list after the chart was prepared and i have still not got the refund for the same. I have no clue what to do no and it is the matter of around Rs. 5000/-.

E-ticket — cancle my transation
Online Payment made but no ticket receivedYesterday night (16/02/09) I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in from my id which is sur_kiran.
Payment was made thru State Bank of India online site and two time reduce amount from my account but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt get any details till now.
So plz as soon as refund my money in my account
While I am trying to book a ticket on 24th February, 2009. I got a message from my bank site like "Your hot pay mint is successful" this is the reference id for that transaction 8014645. After then i got “your secession has expired”. So that I could not book the ticket. after then till now I didn’t get my money back. Please look in to this issue ASAP

i was unable to book my ticket on 1.03.09 through my sbi internet banking because of server problem...although the ticket was never booked but amount from my bank account has been deducted...till date money hasn't been refunded...in name of convinience these people are only fetching money from our pockets and standing upto nothing...

I booked my ticket from Subji Mandi to Mughal Sarai by Kalka Mail, train number 2312 for 10th march 2009 through e ticket.Then I cancelled my ticket through e ticket but till now I have not received my dues in my account.
