IRCTC — non deposit of amount of cancel ticket in account

I cancelled my thee tickets pnr no.[protected],[protected],[protected].On 20.8.2011
I got message on my yahoo mail that amount belong to the above pnr cacell ticket will
be credited in your acount.But till date now the same not credited in acount. Please do the needful at your early possible.

Sir, I have booked eticket thru irctc on 21/09/2011 from Hyderabad to Solapur for N D Tekale 52y 2AC Date of journey 27/09/2011But i have not received pnr no. However charges for Rs 606 have been debited to my internet banking A/C Please cancell the ticket.
