IRCTC — non refund of cancelled tickets due to cancellation of trains

I have booked by internet two tickets each from new delhi to jaipur vide pnr no. [protected] with date of journy 25th march 2011 and from jaipur to amritsar with date of journey 26th march 2011 vide pnr no. [protected].due to jatt agitation problem the trains were cancelled and I have travelled by bus.When enquired the railway enuiry staff told that the cancellation amount would be credited to my bank account from which I have paid the amount.Till now I waited expecting the payment and could not get the refund.Hence I request that the amount may please be refunded early credited to my SBI account.
