[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

nokia-2630 — harrassed bu Nokia Care in Nagpur

Hi,
I have given my Nokia-2630 for repairing but from last week your Nokia care executive (Pratap Nagar, Nagpur)daily giving me next date and when I again go, there behavior was changed and they were not giving time to talk.I am totaly harrased by your service.
Please look into the issue and kindly repair my mobile as I dnt have extra and I am lossing my buisness.
I will wait for your quick action which will stronger our faith on govt.

Nokia — new messages not being shown

to whom so ever it may concern

respected sir/madam,
i brought a new nokia n 73 4 months back.but since yestrday night its showing error.that delete some messages, memory is full..but my cell still has 268 mb free.and to be sure..i deleted all the inbox messages from my cell too.but its again showing the same error.since morning i havent recieved any message.please help..

I have been using Mobile OFFICE service from Airtel for the last month. It gave me a fair speed of 5Kb/s in my non EDGE phone. Now I get 7KB/s in my EDGE enabled phone. But my friends get abot 20KB/s download speed in their edge enabled phones in the same area.
Why the discrimination?? Kindly help me to get out from this issue

Nokia — after 1 month phone not received by company

my mobile model no.6300 is given to progressive care which is service center of nokia care in gwalior due to problem with d'nt accept memory card on date 17/07/08 my job shet no. is[protected]/080717/15 till date i'll not receive my phone & representatives of nokia care not responding me correctly i called him many times but my problems is same as before so i request u to plz give me some concern & try to Solve my proble becoz im completely helpless about my problem

Nokia — Bad output

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Nokia Xpressmusic 5610. I bought it in the month of April.
It is in warrenty. Toggle switch broken down automaticly in 2 months only. I visited to Nokia care but did not get satsfactory response. i enquired about it and come to know that this is very common problem of this handset. One of my friend got replacement for this problem. things are going worst now. Its cost is almost 12000 and problem occured in 2 months only. But nobody taking action. I want switch insttalled otherwise replace the handset as soon as possible.

I have a mobile nokia 6275. in which the scroll key is not working after that i go to service centre namely Siti communication, sonepat haryana-131001. The officer said that the warranty of mobile is avoid due to entering of some liquid. while 2 days before i also submit the battery for the same and the officer checked that one everything is ok. Please tell how the liquid will enter without any use of mobile without battery. This is the second time. earlier was the same case for nokia 6265. I bear the loss from my side. I declare that set as dead. Now the same case repeat with new one. The billing of mobile is 7.04.08 and the job sheet for the battery is[protected]/081006/13. Now the ASC eng said that there will be a charge of Rs. 1000 to repaire the mobile.

Please tell me the solution because mostly customer said that these days this is the trend of nokia care. To claim the money after saying that the mobile having the liquid inside.

If this trend goes like this then i think that nokia will loose the business in the future. I will appreciate the service if the complaint would effect the action to accept the mobile as under warranty.

Nokia N70 ME — money charged within warranty perion

i had purchased a nokia 70 whose display was damaged after 3 months of puchase and the service cnter charged me 1100 rs for repairing it .he said that water got into it but as far as we know water did not get into it nokia' repesentive also did not give us exact details.sir please look inti the matter

Nokia - N70M — Warranty Cell denied to repair

my cell was in warranty. i submitted it for repair to HCL - nokia care in Sector-2 but after a period of 1 month they returned it back saying they are no more the service provider and the cell could not be repaired and a new service centre has opened. When i went to the new service center they said the warranty has expired a few days ago. So, i want to know is i am on fault for this expiration. i have submitted the cell before the expired date if they will not repair then that is not my fault. The company should be responsible for this. If this complaint is not going to be listened then i will move to consumer court for the issue.

I'm N-72 user and am facing problem of BLANK DISPLAY from last 2 month i had given my mobile for same problem nokia care, they gave my cell after 2dys ... it was good only 1 day and next day i face same problem of BLANK DISPLAY ... then your executive said we need to send this cell to Bhopal for 15 days... i said OK ! i got Mobil after 15 days, it was OK till next 2 day ... but after 2 days i face same problem... and now again he took my cell for 15 days to send Bhopal i'm not getting what your technician do, why they are not able to find problem?in last 2 month more then 45 days my mobile in your nokia care.. Now you tell me what i should do ? i'm belong the field of EVENTS & MEDIA i require Mobil any how every day for any new activity. but due to your bad service i'm not able to enjoy N-72 feature.

Supernova Telecom — Making false commitment

i was saw a advertisement of this company in newspaper that earn money on part time basis, work starts on 2495/- only, the i call on no [protected] (which was given in ad.). Then he detailed me about their work nad given me a icici bank account no of Mr. Shailesh Awasthi and told me to deposit the money in this account and you will get starter kit within 3 days. but today it's more than 20 days and there is no response, they are not picking call also from my phone, when i was tried through other's phone they are making false commitment with me..

Nokia — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL NOKIA CARES

I AM RETAILER SELLING ALL NOKIA MODELS. SOMETIMES I GOT THE CUSTOMER PHONE FOR SERVICE. I VISITED ALL THE SERVICE CENTERS(SONY, MOTOROLA, ETC) . OTHER THAN NOKIA ALL WILL CLOSE THE JOB SHEET WITHIN 48 HRS BUT NOKIA PEOPLE MOST OF THE TIME TAKING MORE THAN 5 DAYS AND THEY TOLD THAT WE SENT THE PHONE FOR HEAD OFFICE. INCOMPETENT WORKERS EMPLOYED BY NOKIA AGENCIES .

Nokia — Phone not working in 5 days of purchase.

Hi My name is Venkat, Brought at Nokia E71 on 22.09.08 for 21000/- The phone suddenly stopped working on 28.09.08. I had been to the Nokia Care ( Star Electronics) in Hosur Road. They mentioned that they will send the phone to head office for repair and will give it back in 15 days. As the phone was only 5 days old I asked for replacement, they turned my request down saying they will only do so, once the phone comes back. Now on 15.10.08 I called them to enquire the status. They told me nothing but saying " Sir, call us back on 24.10.08" and kept the phone down. And on going to the customer care, the person says " Sir, these are electronic goods, thats why we give warranty". Some body please tell me they give warranty because they are not sure about their products?. Then why do they sell those?.

I have no response as to when my cell will be back or whether they will get it replaced. I believe I cheated for 21000/-, by a great brand, "NOKIA". My peice of my has been lost, by worrying everyday about the phone. And 21000/- Rs. is not easy money, I believe. Please tell me what I have to do. Where I have to complain or I shall get some justice.

I have purchased a Nokia 8800E in April and the Phone started giving problem within 3 months of the Purchase. The details of purchase and submission of same for repair are as under:

I got the phone call on 10.10.08 at around 4.00PM that my phone is ready and was very happy with the promptness of the service, but I am sorry to inform you that the PHONE is NOT WORKING & JOB of repair was not upto the standard wherein all the complaints are not taken care of. The flap back side sticker has completely come off.

M/s Brightpoint again asked me to send the Mobile Phone and after examination they told NOW that the battery is having as problem and now battery is taken by them for replacement as under:

nokia cell phone 2505 — cheating with my phone

I have purchased a nokia phone model n:2505 (black colour), in march 2008, due to technical problem it is bettery not full charging and some network was poor, so I went to nokia care in gole market, m/s gulati communcation, 90 bhagat singh market, near gole market, new delhi-110001.on 12/09/2008 with there jobsheet, at that time phone was without any scratches and not dameged from any side, it was a new brand pcs, and they menation on there job sheet also that phone is without any scratches, and send for repair and given me date of delivery on 6/10/2008, after that date I went to that office and they shown my cell phone, I was shocked that, phone is in very bed condation with full scratches and light button was broken, I totally denayed that phone, this not mine, then they told after one weak please come and will issue new pcs, then after 10 days I again went there, but they trying to give the same dameged phone to me, I had not taken the delivery, because it is not my phone, they had cheated with my cell and replaced all parts and giving me old hand set, I wrote letter to them on 18/10/2008, to give my phone othervise go to consumer court for my cell phone, I request to help me for correct ways.my cell n:[protected]
