Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

dear sir
i gave my nokia 7210 c for repair as it camera not working at nokia care, bikaner road suratgarh dist.sri ganganagar (rajasthan).they told me u will come after 20 days.but wn m went after 20 days they told me ur cell was not reparied bcz there is liquied prob.when i came home i found it my cell not working with any sim card.my cell front body was changed. then plz request u solution my prob.!

I read all the comments. All the comments are quiet genuine and the people working in nokia care alos misbehaves with customers.
Kindly, change your staff members otherwise u will loose ur all customers.

I have given my Nokia phone 1 month befor in Nokia Mehdipatnam b ranch Hyderabad, but till now I have got it back. Please do some thing, they are always telling me next next week, I am pissed off with your service.

I am Arpan Paul...i have buy a nokia 3110c at 1432010...IMEI no. 356833027159056.. product code -0566963.when 1st tme it get problem they say its a virus problem..and they repair it..after that the handset got 10 times same problem..nokia care barrackpore they saying its a virus problem...i format my memory card bt same problem after that i dont even insert my memory card...bt in vain same problem...i am begging to nokia plzzz replace my nokia 3110c

i have taken 3110c nokia handset in sangeeta mudhol dist bagalkot but my handset is not working properly & it blinking regularaly so i am sending the handset for belgaum nokia service center for three times but handset problem is not solved my handset is in warranty period, so, please take a action & repair my handset or replace them thanking you

I Puchased Nokia 5252 in May 2009 at Mahipal pur. but now it has no display when i went to nokia care they they told me there are one scrow missing in our mobile . so we cant install new software in free of cost.we would have to pay rs. 350.00 for installation. but i didn't open may mobile any time
Plz Let me know should i have checked the all screw when i purchased the mobile
And now I would have to pay rs. 350.00

Now Nokia is selling handsets without proper quality control in India and after sales service is also extremely poor. It is time for the concerned authorities to look into the matter and stop further harassment to the consumers.

I had purchased the set with good faith on your company. However just after one week, I noticed that the charge of battery is irregular inspite of my charging it regularly. Without usage at all, the battery run low within 5-6 hours. I had submitted the phone to NOKIA care at Bhiringi, Durgapur on 1st week of November. They delivered the set back, promising the end of problem. However the problem is showing again as the battery is losing charge quickly even with usage of the set.
I had submitted the set again on 12/03/10 but its of no use. The problem continues and has became a source of tension as I cannot use the facilities of the set without fearing the problem of low battery.
I’ll be very grateful to you if you kindly look into the matter and take steps regarding the solution of the problem. I hope you will take the necessary action as early as possible and preserve the name of the company.

I think Nokia customer care center is the one of the worrrrrsssssssst... customer care service.
My Nokia N95 mobile[ IMEI: 354835018817792 ] is given to nokia center [ 34 Bharathi Road, RTS Copmplex Cuddalore 607 001, Tamilnadu, India] for simple screen problem.
After 6 month he given me the mobile with camera, slid function, mic problem. Now my mobile camera, slid function, mic are not working. i have paid Rs.4500 for this service.
For giving my mobile to customer care center i have lost Rs.4500 & almost my mobile also lost.
Very thanks for this good service keep it up then company will become rich & people will become foooooooolllllllllllllssssss...

I have nokia model e72, still it is in warrantee period ( upto 09/02/2011 ) imei no.355239037251506 code 0591954. Within one year I faced problem of software failure & might be other internal also. I have purchase new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service, the FM and loudspeaker of this phone do not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.
I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.
since the then time the mobile set is FM problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

My self Rakesh Gupta I was purchased nokia 5130 in dec 2009 after 6 months the mobile automatically hang and switch off .When i saw it to the nokia care which is borivali (w) Near Gokul shopping center the staff check the mobile and said that sir there is software issue after two days u collect ur handset .When second day i collect my phone the same problem repeated again . when i asked u repaired or not becoz the problem is not solved they told me sir i think there is a hardware issue the mobile we send it to head office they solve it .They give me one weak time after one weak when mobile come i checked the mobile and it was started but after 1hours the same problem repeated when mobile switch off then it doesn't switch on when next day i was goan to the nakia care i told them wahy it problem faced again and again they told me that sir it is electronic device we send it to head office they check it what is actually problem they check it then he said again give us one weak. but i told u nokia company why this problem repeated Ur services is very poor & worst we seat in Que in-hours then after company doesn't solve it the problem .in future we cant bye nokia handset becz of poor sevice and not solving customers problem.U lost ur customer i do not recommend any one to bye nokia handset we bye any other company handsets there is lot of competition in market lots of company in mobile field .take this problem seriously and solve it other wise give me new handset if u not i will complaint to consumer court.

I bought Nokia cell 2630 in Dec 2008 and it did not work during jan 2010, the light did not work, I gave it to nokia care a Karaikudi and after long time they returned saying they could not repair and told me to try a Madurai. At Madurai they refused to help saying tthese people applied some paint. So I told them to try again and afer more than a mo nth they reurned saying they could not do. They burnt he IC and now it is gone. I wantt a replacement but I dont know where to file my complaint,

In continuation to the above post, I say they were unable to repair my Nokia set and cheated me by retaining it for so long and after it spoiling the set totally.

I gave my nokia 6700 classic to MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36, GURU NANAK PURA, RADHU PALACE ROAD, OPP.-V3S MALL, LAXMI NAGAR DELHI-92, TEL. NO.-01143019911 for not to coming sound in handsfree. they call me that your handset is now repaired, collect it. I collect the set but when i check it, the problem was same. I again went to Maa communication and tell him that the problem is not solved. They told me to leave the handset again, and tell that the jack, keypad and speaker should be change and they charged me Rs.2000/-against their Invoice No.-9603 dt. 08/07/2010. although the handset was under warranty.But when i again collect my handset, the problem was same. I talk to them, they replied me to change the handsfree, because the handsfree is not o.k..
