[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — network problem

TO RELINANCE COOMUNICATIONS
mumbai is finance capital of india , c ward is finance way for mumbai but dew to network problem we can,t survive
so plese arrange better service ( mobile network tower ) for mobile user as soon as possible

i am agree, reliance is the worst network in ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS.it is the 1st network introduced in andaman. but still it is last. i am a user of RELIANCE mobile. but i am not satisfied with it.
my no [protected] this is now not able to accept and any out going calls it show me network, but when i am calling it will not connect to server,
I have a reliance GSM card. Right now, I am staying in BTM layout, Bangalore. There is Network problem with reliance GSM card. Many times network is not available. Please solve this problem as per as soon ...

Reliance GSM — Network failure problem !!!!!

This is Joginder from Ahmedabad.
I am facing a lots of problems of coverage after i purchased a new simcard from Reliance. I talked to CC department but they told that the problem will be solved in 5 days. Still no actions taken. So can can you please help me as i already invested in this card and i dont want to change my number.

Sir my no. is [protected] i am having problems in using this network like i am unable to send sms to a BSNL mobile no. plz see to the problem.
I am a reliance customer in kolkata.The network is so poor.I am not able to use this properly.I have recharged with STD calling cards which is having the facility to call reliance to reliance STD free after 11:00PM but after 11:00 PM its showing network busy and not able to call anywhere after 11:00PM.What is the use of introducing this facility if you are not providing it.So poor customer support center, Customer care executive don't have the proper information about the their own product and services.
I Sunil Agarwal having Reliance GSM no. [protected]. I'm Facing the network problem since i have started using the service, I have even lodged a complaint(complaint no.[protected] regarding it before 15 days ago, but my problem has not yet been solved. Please help me resolving y problem as soon as possible..

with respect I have to say that I am a old user of RELIANCE SMART GSM bearing no [protected] the costumer care executives are do not allowing me to talk with the seniors or neither the seniors call backed me in the given time, and when i want talk any thing about my problem they telling only their side not allowing me to talk, and one of the costumer executive misbehaves with me on 8.7.09dt at approximately 11.04 pm at night and they do not register my complain and said our TL will call u very soon but the TL did not call me back, the executives still cannot solve my problem and not transfered to the senior and said that the TL is busy now this process continues for 17hrs, i[censored] will not call me or u will not listen my request with in 2 hrs i will take the help of CONSUMER COURT

I have recharged rs 81 for GPRS yesterday but from 8/7/09 at 3.00pm i was unable to access net due to some changing in GPRS plane in ur systems or company so i was not able to access it for 17hrs even i recharged 81 rupees for 7days only i lost 1 day due to urs changes not even a small fault by me who is responsible for my loss, THE COMPANY i want my refund of the loss, will u extend my accessing period for 17hrs or call me now within 2 hrs if not this complaint is cleared then i will make a case against u in CONSUMER COURT plz don't think tis is just a joke if a call from a seniors or chief is not come to my mobile then u will better know ..Please kindly solve my avobe problem & give me back the time lost due to urs some changing in GPRS settings

i have network problem within 4 or 5 months in my area. i complained it at customercare but yet problem not solve but in other area there is perfect network . please take some action because i have suffer from loss (rs 2 lakhs) in business because of network problem who fullfill it.
no signal in my cell phone, number was not working., cell pone are not problem, you are signaling problem, please repaire in my number

hi i am a user o[censored]r reliance gdm sim but its nerwork is very bad in our area amritsar (shaktinager) i have to recieve calls on it at night but 100% unavailable network in our room ur custoumer care executive says dat it will b sought out but the problem still prevails sokindly take some serious actions in this regards i will b highly thankfull..plz take some measures to improve your network over there plz

[protected] but there is network problem both indoor and outdoor ...in indoor i got no any network bar ...the tower is install 1/2 km away from my home..tower where install place name MANDLI distt. KATHUA...PLZ call your technical persons to solve network problem as early as possible ...thnx siir
