[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — network problem

I am Israt. Network Place U.P. (East) Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar
mujhe meri yeh Problem mein yeh pata chal raha hai ki reliance gsm ka netwok itna garbar hai ki hardam kabhi netwok mein point 1 to kabhi full ho jata hai baat hote hote tip-tap network karta rahta hai. Customer care se baat karo to unki jankari itne achchhi nahi hoti ki koi unki bata gayi bat se puri tarah santushta ho paye.
Mera man to yeh karta hai ki mobile badal kar kisi anya oprator ka connection le loon
par number itne logon tak pahuch gaya hai ki number bhi nahi badal sakta.
iske liye mujhe yeh lagta hai ki inke upar harje kharche ka mukadma karna padega.

Reliance is the worst service.most of the time i am not able to call from my network. when i approached their customer care services, they told me that soon such problem would be solved, but even after months of complaints and e-mails to customer care, nodal officer, and other higher authorities the result is zero. i am completely fed up of the service.TOTALLY THIRD CLASS SERVICE

I am always facing Network Problem with my GSM Connection [protected]. plz solve my problem as early as possible.

I' M Using Rliance GSM mobile My Number Is [protected].But I have Still problem in Reliance Network.The problem is incoming call in bsnl landline number.he speak dial code does not exist.plz resolve my problem..

I am complaining about my network problem from last six months but no one from reliance have come over here and solved the problem. I am really fed up with it.

My sim card started showing "insert sim " 2 3 days before.
Earlier it was working properly.I went to reliance world and told the problem.They asked me to buy duplicate sim.Evem my account is activated as told by customer care
I want to know how my sim stopped working of its own, and Also a person ask for duplicate sim in case of a lost or stolen sim card. let me know my fault if any in such case. i am really disappointed with reliance sim card

i m hardik modha using reliance gsm and my number is [protected], my complaint is that when i call any number i have to call twice because in first try call will cut automatically and another problem is that whenever i try to call customer care service there i no respond from them.

hi, this is amit goyal & iam a new user of reliance, i bought a rel sim as it is claimed that i is india's no. network but in my experience it is india's worst network as i am facinc call drop, sms are not sending properly & various other tech. problems.
now i told my friends to not to buy the reliance gsm sim since it is india's worst network.

I have a Reliance GSM Connection [protected], I regularly face the Network Problem with this no , when i try to connect the call then it shows no network or not connectted ets error .

This is The Worst Mobile Service Providers company.

i am anand kumar shrma from (bahraich, upe) living in mihinpurwa. i am using reliance prepaid
no. [protected] but there is network problem both indoor and outdoor ...in indoor i got no any network bar ...the tower is install 1/2 km away from my home..tower where install place name mihinpurwa...PLZ call your technical persons to solve network problem as early as possible .coz of we are facing this problem for last 2 or three months ..thnx sir

since 2 to three days there is no network in my mobile ... my mobile no is this [protected] no call can i do and incoming call ia also not there

& call dropping

Complaint for above phone 1, was registered on 22/06/2009
vide complaint no.[protected] followed by another complaint
no.[protected] dated 19.08.09.

THE ABOVE complaints have not been resolved despite reminders.

2. GSM MOBILE - network Problem in phone no. [protected].

The complaint for above phone was registered on 03/11/2009
vide complaint no[protected] when I was informed that matter
would be resolved automatically within 3 to 5 hours.

THE ABOVE complaint has not been resolved despite reminders.

We request you to intervene into the matter and expedite resolving the matter.

Reliance GSM — network unavailability

i am a prepaid user with no. [protected].the network availability of reliance gsm is too poor in closed areas.th enetwork signals vanish as i enter any building or even my room. i have complaint several times in this regard but still the problem persisits.i have the complaint registered with no.[protected].it was said that the problem will be solved within 15 days but still the condition is same

My mobile phone no. [protected] is a prepaid mobile no. which whenever top up recharge is done deducts balance qouting negative balance earlier.

Local Reliance web world and manager( At port blair) has not given any satisfactory answer.

Mumvbai customer care has also not given any satisfactory reply despite repeated queries.

How can prepaid mobile have negative balance despite no tusing R world.

I have a problem of poor network.I m in District surguja chattisgarh and my network place is bhaiyathan. at this place have always problem of no network.Avery week there is 3-4 hour no network problem.
Plz do the needfull.

There is no network maintained on my Reliance GSM sim card. There is regularly Failed/Waiting Message delivery reports. My Reliance GSM number is[protected]. Please solved my this network problems.
