Dear sir,
I hv a lots of problem of in reliance GSM Network. when i m in my home at dat time d network ll b zero..n when i just come outside my home the network ll full... i used rel. last 6 month n i had lots of prob. due 2 n/w.. i m belong 2 PATAN (Gujarat)
This same Problem with also my cousin at MODASA (S.K.). His also leave near bus station...
my add is: Jayveer nagar society, near bus stand , <<PATAN>>.
So plzzzzzz i requist to u solve my problem as soon as earlyer..... i hope u can solve my trouble quickly....

reliance/ mobile service — call problem to vodafone 8 series no.s

i have a vodafone no.
sir the problem is whenever any reliance no. and bsnl landlines no.s (all over the country) calls me, most of the times either the call is exchanged n some other line is connected or it says that the no. is switched off when my no.is on

i also have the same complaint, Govt. should penalise this company.

Reliance Mobile Complaints — for network problem

My salf pratapkumar my Mob No-[protected] as a cosumer of Reliance last 5 year.but Now me als Really fadof Regd network.last 6 month i compaline Regard Network .Til now not solved.any time i call coustmercar i lestion the same things our technical team are working.I don't how many years & Months .to working technical team.Really i face lots of Problen last 6 month.I complaine lots of time.one complaine No[protected] this complaine is on April 2010.If solv Yaa not plss conform Than i will Disconnect The number.

I have network problem of my reliance cdma prepaid number [protected] for my mumbai number. I have made many complaints but in vain..Everytime they call me that we are installing tower but all in vain.

Subject Network Coverage Problem in my House (Address: Bunny Cable Apartment, Flat # 4, Ground Floor, Gali # 16, Old Rangpuri road, Mahipalpur, New Delhi - 110037.)

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am using your Reliance GSM Mobile phone since last year and my Reliance Mob # is [protected]. Everything was going good before 49 days. I shifted to this new address (given Above on June 01st, 2010) and since i was never able to find the network inside my house.
When I am on the road the network works perfectly but once i enter my house i started starving for network. I have already registered the complain (Complaint No.'s are given above along with complaint date). And after 2-3 days I have received the SMS saying YOUR COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED.
Then I again launched a complain and requested your Customer Care executive to call me and I to visit my house not the roads of mahipalpur. As you know the network problem is exists inside my house not on the roads outside.
I want a simple advice from you. Shall i surrender my reliance no and opt for some other options available in market. Or shall i start sleeping on the roads so that i can find the network.
I have another Vodafone Mobile No. (Mobile No. [protected]) and my vodafone no. never caused me any network problem. I have both No.'s but inside my house my reliance phone is dead and vodafone no. is always alive.
As your Customer Care executive were never be able to understand my problem, I would like to suggest you to change the slogan of your Mob. you say "INDIA'S NO. 1 NETWORK" I would like to read the slogan as per below :
INDIA'S NO. 1 WORST NETWORK.
I am writing you this mail with the believe that you would be kind enough to atleast send an executive to my place in my presence so that I would be fully satisfied.

From last 27 months i am posted here as a bank employee, i have never seen reliance cdma or gsm better network,on the other hand i am using one airtel no. also,but for that i never felt like complaining since i started i.e.sep 2003.
I continuously requested and complained for the above said problem to the customer care, but till now my problem has not been solved.
For the last six months i was using 249 and 299 cdma plan,but never i was able to use whenever i required.
In these last six months I also requested to your RM pankaj gupta kheri([protected]),but as expected he was also not able to solve my problem.
well, now I am hopeless because of this network problem,I just forget to write one more thing,that from the last six months, network is vanishing for minimum of 15-20 days in row.
As I told i am a bank employee,so whenever i enquire from the local persons,they said that the person appointed here for generator room is selling diesel at nepal(which took 10 min by bike from here).
I am far from my home town , i used to talk very frequntly to my family and friends,but I am very sad because i have wasted a lot of money on both my reliance phones.

i requested you many times,but I think you have no time to solve my problem.

It is my third complain against bad network of both cdma & gsm in this month.

It is continuous 5th day when reliance network is not available at my job place.

From the last 27 months,I am here & I never seen good network here at my job place.

I think it is very difficult for you too to solve this problem,and I amalso losing my temprament.

So, it is a humble request from one customer(myself) that please stop providing your services at this place, but do not forget to inform about the same through newspaper or simply messaging us.

reliance gsm and cdma — no network

for the kind information of the company there is no network at our town from 3 days. we allready submitted complaint to you once before and company confirmed us that the probleme will solve very soon.
but we think that a WORLD FAME COMPANY has been failed in this promise.
we are complaining on the behalf of the totla costomer of this city. the user of the reliance comunication are very disturbe because of no network and flactuating network.
please solve our probleme as soon as possible.this is the request of all your costomers in the town.
