[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — network problem

i am using reliance gsm mobile since lat 3-4 monthes now and there is an immense network problem in it. The network keeps on fluctuating,SMS's are never delivered or in many cases not even sent.The SIM card looses network just inside a single storey building.Call drops are frequent.No use of having such a connections even after Reliance is providing so many attractive schemes. Its really a shame on the name of reliance. I dont think anyone would be satisfied wit hthe network. Every mobile network should be checked for the infrastructure to ensure if they can handle these number of clients.There should be a limit to how many customers they can serve.

Reliance — network problem

I have taken Reliance GSM on june27 2009, but upto now we are facing network problems. Your Customer Executives always told me that we are working for establishing Router..but upto now problem is not solved.and te signal was automatically dead...

I am from Vill+Po- Ghutgoria Ps-Barjora, Dist-Bankura. From 25th of december'09 we have no network of smart in our village. so i launched a complain in customer care (no[protected]on 1st january'10
after 3 days they send me a sms saying your reuest has been solved but the actual problem is not solved. the nearset tower from my villege is 2.5 km away in barjora.
then i launched a similar complian on[protected]no[protected] then they sms me on[protected] saying that your problem is solved but the problem is same we have no network.in barjora smart have full network
please do some thing so that smart is forced to modify their third class network in our area. please take necessary steps

but thanks to smart for giving us total network from[protected]

Whenever I try to make a call a message is displayed "ERROR IN NETWORK CONNECTION" ,I am fed up with such poor service of reliance.So concerned is requested to do the needful.

network problem no voice clearity they should build more towers or do something becoze i have fade up o[censored]sing reliance. hats of 2 reliance becoz they provides best schems than no other company thinks.

Riliance india mobile — Network Problem from 4 months

i am customer of Reliance Prepaid & suffering From NO NETWORK from 4 months i already made a no. of complaints but no responce .reliance tower is situated only 1/2 km awaybfrom my house my address is vill.misrauliya dheesh Post shrin ginaari dist. basti 272001 (up).

I have a network problem (Reliance Connection) in Air Force Area. I complaint many times in Customer Care and Reliance Ada Communcations. But no further action about this problem. sir thish tower is in 500 mtrs from my house but network is not come in my mobile

this is not my problame it is all relince users problame in thish village
but any officers not want to solve this problam
beacause all staps are including in this work
so please send spasel teem without information then you will found this tower is live alwase off only evening time tower is live on only for 3 to four hour

I have 10 reliance nos. services of all no are very bad .we can not talk a min without any problem.calls are disconnected and call charges are deducted from our numbers.
Please do something for this problem.

there is a huge late in delivering msgs from reliance to docomo. pls do any action.....

sir there is big network problem, outdoor your network available but indoor network signals is not available,
sir plz reactifi this service. the tower is install 1 km away from my home..

I have taken GSM Connection of Reliance.for last 3 month i am facing network problem i have call several times to customer care center those people lodge complaint and forward complaint Number to me.But no action had taken till date,not only this i e-mail them several times but still no action.From my knowledge this Reliance GSM is one of Third class service in mumbai please you people do not take connection Reliance GSM.
