[Resolved] Tata Photon Whiz — Poor tata photon whiz speed | |
Hi, I am ashish gupta, i am using tata photon whiz since last 20 days in ramapuram chennai area. My photon whiz no is — [protected]. When i taken that conncetion, tata indicom executive was saying that Max. Speed of tata photon whiz is 153.6kbps. But i am getting only max. Speed 3 to 4 kbps. Regarding it i registered three complaints[protected],[protected],[protected] But issue not yet resolved. When i registered first complaint[protected], next day one technician mr. Kiran visit my home. But kiran was saying that 3 kbps is max. Speed of tata photon whiz in all over chennai. So kiran was not able to resolve that issue and without resolving that issue he left from my home. Again i registered two more complaints[protected],[protected] regarding same issue. Once again mr. Kiran visit my home but he was saying same wording that 3 kbps is max. Speed of Tata photon whiz in all over chennai and within 1 min without saying anything he left. I am calling daily customer care 2-3 times regarding same issue. But issue not yet resolved. On 12-sep-2009 i talked to customer care head mr. Nitin, he was saying that another technician Will visit on 14-sep-2009 till 9:00 pm and issue will resolved 100%. But nobody visit. I am totally fedup with tata photon whiz. I need the plan to get change soon...
[i]I totally agree with him ... Hence I request the concerned people to take action against it ... Nowadays, other wireless modems give more than 3 mbps of speed ... Even when I bought the connection, I was told that the maximum speed of Photon Whiz is 153 kbps. But I am only getting 89 kbps of speed ... its very slow ... please take some actions ... N yah, please stop fooling people :x
i am too suffer, my friend Swapan working at Nirsha Tataindicom shop and instigate me to buy this product earlier verson was with me and found this one is no better than other one.
Tata photon whiz is vry in servise . while connectin the speed is 153kbps. but it instantly falls to 0.0kbps. it is a vry bad connection!!! some1 pls try to improve it!!
I also join to the complaint that the promised speed is now getting to the internet connection. I am getting a speed between 15 to 40 Kbps only, which is very much disgusting. My conection number is " Photon Whiz [protected]". The device is now being used at Karanthur, Calicut. Please attend this matter and solve this problem at the earliest. Hoping favourable actions.

the mark.it was not workinng properly.the speed of whiz is verypoor.the speed of whiz is 1-10kbps only.so pls solve the problem very soon.pls increase the speed of my whiz

I reqested on 5th july for changing the plan Rs. 1500/- instead of Rs. 500/- as per my uses, as per talk with gyanender he confirmed me that my plan change with effect the same time
I rcd a mail for approcing my credit limit and asking for advance payment on 21st july
then I call again on 22nd july that time they ware saying that my plan not changed and as per my uses bill amout is Rs. 5548/- I clear all things again,
today they disconnecned my services, then I call again on cus care, but they are saying we are disolve your problem but still I don't receive any respone and my services are also discontine still

maine kuch dino pehle ek tata ka 1500 Rs ka connection liya jisme muje puri tarah se galat laga kyunki wo tata photon ek dum slow speed hai & mujhe abhi tak plan nahi bataya hai & 3 dino se mere connection band kar rakha hai mujhe meri problem ka jaldi samadhan bataiyethanks

Tata Photon Whiz — cheat me with photon whiz instead of photon+
I took a modem connection from tata indicom.. but the dealer in the shop cheat me with the photon whiz instead of photon+. He dint gave me instructions about photon+.. Also there s slow network coverage in my residing area.. So pls help me with this and get me a plan to change for photon+ with the actual price and i need to take action on the particular dealer...
