I bought a new tata photon plus just 3 weeks before. I am not getting network coverage and I cannot use it. This problem experienced in the center of the Cochin city . just cannot activate

I got a photon plus usb from an executive at my office. Went home and checked that it cant be activated easily. Customer care have no idea about technical complaints. Somehow managed to raise a complaint in the website. After repeated calls to concerned guys, they came and couldnt do anything about it. They were not ready to change the device for god sake. misbehaviour and irresponsible

sir,
i wish to inform u that i have been complaining abt malfunction of my tata photon device to tata photon customer care but they refuse to solve my problem & on top of that the people in customer care misbehave. dont lodge my complaint and make no significant effort to solve that and dont guide what to do to solve my problem.

Plan change request refuse by Rahul Nandi

This time I use Tata Photon Whiz internet connection with unlimited free plan.But I want to convert it into 325 plan.I call to coustemer care for this matter time to time but coustemer care executive make me with himself by speech.And I am a railway employee (goods guard) and I have no more time for this matter due to running job because any day I came home after 2 or 3 days....

I am using Tata Photon + for the past 7 to 8 months and I have been complaining to the customer care that I dont have enought speed as my Data Card supports 3.1Mbps and only getting 150Kbps. WORST TATA PHOTON SERVICE

mene 28 jan ko tata indicom ke bhopal ke globus center se tata photon whiz lia tha. lete time mujhe ye bataya gaya tha ki isme unlimited downloading he par bad me pata chala ki isme sirf 15GB tak downloading he. mene iski complaint customer care par ki par response nahi mila. bad me mene iski complaint NODAL OFFICER se bhi ki par unne to or kuch hi rply kar dia.

Fraud by DSA agent

I am an Advocate and i am practising at Punjab & Haryana High Court.I am staying in Dhakoli, where in mid of December the DSA by the name of Cube Enterprises had set up a canopy in our locality. Product is not working

Sir,
I had purchased ur product for 1st time [protected], but it didn't worked, so they changed my no. n product as [protected], but it is also not working properly. Why i m facing the problem when i hav paid all the amt. Rs. 3600. Your dealer in SAHARNPUR is Pankaj Electricals, Railway Road, Saharanpur ([protected], [protected]).
I have the doubt that the above dealer is misusing my ID which he has collected from me two times....

Don't Waste your money

TATA Photon plus is worst product, Bad services and defected machine. Please don’t buy. it is disconnected after every 5 min. you can not take benefit of internet only waste of money. Failed product. No services in Metro cities also. Cheating to customer.
Don’t go on divertissement, use your mind if you have unnecessary money then you can pay....

worst service in excess billing

i have bought tata photon connection just months back n i have payed an amount of not less than 15 k till today.. i tuk up aplan of 500mb den i realised that i would need some other plan i called up couster care n told them to change my plan... and i was told that the plan vill b changed before evening.. but which was not done at all.. n dey disconnect the connection every 2 days ones

They overcharge the customer

I advise everyone not to select Tata Photon+ minute based plan. Either there is bug in their software or Tata is deliberately doing it to overcharge the customers. If you shutdown your computer without logging off then they keep on counting minutes. Say if you shutdown your computer at night forgetting to log off, then they will keep on counting minutes till next time you log in / log off. In case of mobile phone, if during call my battery...

non functional mobile internet device

1. one Photon+ Prepaid mobile internet connection along with a device purchased on the 24 jan 2010.

2. Rs.3500/- paid to Execellent Communications, mayur vihar,phase-I. 10 GB of download free with the connection promised

About my postpaid internet connection

I have bought a modem of Tata photon whiz post paid at bikaner (Rajasthan) .But i cant get the customer care service through laptop for my no.[protected] and a/c no[protected]. Poor Speed.

I am from Mohali (Punjab), my Photon whiz connection number is [protected]. What is the downloading speed of Tata Photon Whiz device that I should be expecting? On internet Tata Indicom claims its 140-150kbps. I am getting 15 - 20 kbps downloading speed. I have already submitted complaints at 121 and [protected] under complaint no.[protected] dtd. 17/12/09,[protected] dtd. 22-01-10 but issue is still pending till today 29-01-10.

Billing Mismanagement
