Reliance India Mobile — SUBSCRIBED FOR MISS CALL ALERTS, AMOUNT DEBITED FROM A/C, BUT BENEFIT NOT AVAILED TILL TODAY

It gives me immense pain to bring in your kind knowledge and information that I had subscribed for MISSED CALL ALERT PACK on 27th April’09 on [protected] at 11:30 AM by sending M to 51234 and got he subscription confirmation message at 11:31 AM itself but till now I m unable to get the service despite repetitive complaints which may be referred at the end of the letter.

Sir, I wanna ask you just one thing that what mistake I did by choosing the option and when you deducted the amount from my A/c why till now you are unable to provide me the said service. One thing more I would like to mention that now-a-days when I am asking for the staus of my complain the answer from the customer care executive was that "Due to some technical problem we are unable to give you status of the compain lodged by you, please contact us afterwards." So now I am looking forward for your care and needful attention in this matter.

Further I would like to ask the policy makers of our country that if someone is not providing the service but charged the amount whether that company is liable in any way to face the criminal proceedings or breach of contract.

Please suggest me at the earliest.

My Name in Neeraj Rathi am using your reliance prepaid from last 3-4 years, From last 6 months I found that reliance is automatically deduction money against the services which are not activated by my.
This is not a way that you can reduce money without the approval of customer. Many times I logged the complained against it. In the month of April 30 Rs was deducted from my account even I did not subscribe any pack, I logged a complain against it the complain no is [protected], and your customer care executive assured me that in future no pack will be activated and no amount will be deducted, But again in the month of May 30 rupees has been deducted. As today I speak to your customer care executive Mr. Honey, he said no amount will refund but be assure in future no amount will be deducted.

HOW CAN I TRUST THAT NO AMOUT WILL BE DEUCTED IN FUTURE AND HOW I WILL GET BACK MY AMOUT.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM PAYING MY 30 RUPEES TO RELIANCE WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING ANY SERVICE??

• Is this the way to work such a reputed organization? Please respond me with a satisfactory answer.
• Is this the way of reliance to cover his loos during recession?

am umesh chandra post paid user of vodafone communication for last 6 months, due to un adquate charges i want to migrate this connection to prepaid.i paid my all out outstanding dues after adjusting my advance security and submitted migrated form in authorised outlet of vodafone communicationc Executive told me to make the process within 4 days.since 2 week has been passed it has not been done.iam very hope less after frequntly calling to cusomer care and number of times running to this out let.each other is getting funny to pass on my qurey.

when ever we activate add on packages for one month in sundirect they are not deactivating it after 1month, they are telling us that we have to inform them but there is no way that we could contact them..they are providing customer care no[protected] but even after trying 500 times i was not able to connect to say the least so kindly do the needful to stop this illegal work of sundirect.

Dear sir,
i have a Airtel coneection from last two years and my no. is [protected]. When i bought this connection there is clearly mentioned on it that i will get Rs.200 for ATA, Rs.200 for SMS and Rs.100 for others. They have given me for only one month but nowhere it is mentioned that this amount will expires after on month. I have the sales pack on which offer is mentioned, i have mail to all mail ids of airtel, but no solution provided yet.

WE HAVE 36 AIRTEL CONNECTIONS IN THE NAME OF OUR COMPANY. FROM 15.07.2008 WE CHANGED TO THEIR PLAN WHICH WAS AS BELOW. THEY ASKED US TO PAY RS. 1495/- AGAINST EACH PHONE AS 2 YEARS ADVANCE RENTAL FOR 2 YRS. WE PAID RS. 1495/- AGAINST EACH OF OUR PHONE AS ADVANCE RENTAL. ACCORDING TO THIS PLAN, CHARGES WOULD HAVE BEEN AS FOLLOWS:

BUT WE STARTED RECEIVING THE BILLS WITH CHARGE STD RS.1.50, MONTHLY RENT RS.298 & RS.30, CUG RENTAL RS.30/-. Means after paying Rs. 1495 against each phone as advance rental which was duly charged in our bills, they are charging monthly rental and all the above charges from July 2008.

We have talked to them at least 500 times. Sent them at least 100 meassages. Their senior Executives to the Level of Managers have visited our offices at least 10 times. They collect documents and confirmed that it will be done in the next bills but we are receiving all our bills with same old problems even after one year.

We are still maintaining our Loyality with Airtel considering that these will be corrected and we deposit all our payments well on time after deducting the rental amount being charged by them. Then instead of correcting the bills, they have started putting penalities for not paying the Rental amount of Rs. 298. We are paying all our useage charges well on time throughout this period and for all bills.

Ms. ILA, Mr. Prashant Dua & Ms. Vinkee are handling our case from July 2008 and all of them have visited many times our office to verify all records.

We were not able to come out of the above problem, we landed in another problem because of Mr. Prashant Dua, Busines Manager of Bharti Airtel Ltd.

We received our Total bills of about 37, 000/= for all phones to be paid till 23rd May’09. Mr. Prashant Dua confirmed in one of his messages that we can adjust 14, 000/ and deposit balance money as a single cheque and it will be adjusted against all our bills. We immediately deposited Rs. 23, 000/= as single cheque along with a letter giving details of all our phone nos. to be credited in individual account well before 23rd May. Their representative came within 15 minutes to our office to collect the cheque and was debited to our account within 2 days by our Bank. But they did not credit even a single Ruppee of that into any of our account. So, the outgoing calls of many of our Managers got disconnected because of this. They are getting the impression that our company (Unicorn) is in bad financial condition that we are not able to pay Mobile bills. But they do not know that It is because of the highly unprofessional and inefficient managers of Airtel, who are not performing their duties properly. I do not know whether it is because of poor staff kept by Mr. Sunil Mittal or his intention to cheat customers like this. As it is we were facing problems of Over billing since July 2008 now this another problem has come where we have paid all the bills on time and still our Managers are getting the message of disconnections because of non payment of bills.

- We have received our bills of this month where no old corrections has been done.

- Credit of Rs. 23, 000/= has not been adjusted.

- Penality has been imposed for non payment of bills.

- Phones of our managers are being disconnected even after all payments have been done.

We don’t know what to do now? If any one of you can help us in this matter, please help.

From last 2 weeks internet has stopped working and we had raised 100s of complaints by phone and we had complied by going in person to exchange but they have not considered this issue. The Engineer by name UMA, has taken complaint but nothing has been worked out. Even we are not knowing whats going in background. Please help yous in resolving this issue. We badly need internet as to take some conference calls from the home.

Please let know if any more information needed from my end.

I m Retailer selling some telecom products like mobile, recharge etc . on 23 april i was Hate up bu idea Cellaur Company . one of customer was came in my shop for Recharge the mobile but by mistake i done bill payment of customer mdn and successfully bill paid . i was called the customer care the executive was told me customer number was prepaid i asked how its possible in prepaid number bill payment and after recharge same the number its sucessful . my complaint is pls reverse the amount of 550/- bill payment

I am a customer of IDEA. I am using the idea cellular card from more then last 5 Years. I had taken IDEA DIALER TONE package @ Rs.- 30/- per month rental. I am surprising to say that from last 4 Months IDEA making their ADVERTISEMENT WITHOUT my permission at my cost of Rs.-30/-. Every time whenever my friends/ collogues called me first 10 seconds they heard a ADVERTISEMENT from idea then only then after they are able to heard my PAID Dialer tone.

This is being serious when I heard from IDEA customer care that this ADVERTISEMENT is being endorsed by IDEA Company itself. This is the company’s policy to put down a ADVERTISEMENT at the customer's cost. This is the height of limits. IDEA Company playing with my money and does their marketing.

Also, when I had complained (twice in last week 19th & 21th June- 2009 ) @ IDEA customer care Ahmedabad & surprisingly no action has been taken by IDEA itself yet now (i.e. on 23/06/2009)

This is the clear cheating done by IDEA.I want reimburse for 4 Month dialer tone.

Pls. help me out and give me suggestions how can you help me out for getting the reimburse

I am Mumbai Airtel Customer and from past few weeks i m in roaming at my parents place Udaipur ( Rajasthan ) and i m facing problem with Airtel Network and Web services Aietel Live. I given complain so many times but there is no resoulation from there end. Every time they committ thatproblem will be reslove with 24 hrs and sometime some cst care people try to misguide also.

On 30th Night i got dedcuation of 15 rs when i enquired cst care people told i got deducation because of Bollywood Fusion and i had not activated this services. I m already DND ( Do not Distrub ) but still someone did that.

I will be thankful i[censored] look into this matter.

my brother is cheated by tele caller of Idea cellular, they forced him to buy a new connection by telling a forge scheme in which my brother paid Rs. 500/- in cash and they gave him a sim ([protected]) on 01/07/2009, this sim is not yet activated and when we call them they neither pick nor reply. Please help us in recovering our money back.

I am bablu user of prepaid airtel card from last 9 months. I was joined by mistake the model of the day serevice. but this service cutiing daily Rs 1. this service i dont want so that i called near about 38-43 times i called to customer care but says that we will stop your service from here, but actully they did't.
so many times i gone through the main office for complaining in solapur, they gave me a complain No and they suggest that the service will stop by us. and it stoped but after some days again service has started. and again i was complain to airtel office about this on 22.7.2009. they gave me same reply of stoping service but it has not yet stoped. this service cutted my money, by this problem i' m facing lot of stress of my balance & negativity of my service. I feel that AIRTEL is not able to give a better service. so plz help & stop this service messages.

Sub: Incorrect Bill amount ( My airtel No [protected])

I am Nitin using Airtel Post paid Mobile service since past two and half years. In the month of May 2009 my Bill came with amount 26519/- which is impossible from my view point. Airtel has assign me a credit limit of Rs 2500 a month. I am surprising that how there system generate bill above the credit limit. and why there sytem is not dectivated my number when the credit limit is crossed.

Also in that month I have have not used my phone to such great extent and not made any ISD call, still in there Itemised bill it showing one ISD Call. If you check history of past two years my bill never crossed of Rs 1200 /- month.

I have persistently told the above thing to Airtel but No proper response from there side and they are harrasing my father for the recovery.

At present I am out of India for my Official work. So I need your help on this matter.

WHEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD THAT I HAVE SUBSCRIBE THE "GARAM GUPSUP" BUT I DO NOT ACTIVATE IT .FOR THE ACTIVATION A CALLWILL MAKE ON A TOLL FREE NO. AS TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (PRAVEEN) BUT THERE ARE NO CALLING DONE BY ME AND I TOLD HIM . SO HE NOTE DOWN MY COMPLATAINT (THAT'S NO. IS[protected] AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR PROBLEM WILL SOLVE WITH IN 3-4 DAYS BUT THERE ARE NO RESPONSE FROM HIM. THAN I CALL BACK AGAIN & THEY TOLD ME THAT WE CAN NOT REFUND MY AMOUNT .
THIS IS NOT A GOOD THING THAT WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION THEY CUT THE BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THIS WILL BE ALSO HAPPENED WITH MY FRIEND TWICE HIS MOBILE NO. IS [protected]
