Whirlpool Ac Model Magicool150qci — Wilfully Ignored the Orders of Hon'ble court

Judgement orders in Complaint No. 289 of 2006 in respect of Ajay Kumar, Inspector/RPF/Laksar, passed on 04.07.07 by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Court, Haridwar not honoured and wilfully ignored. In which court passed orders to pay cost of Rs. 1000/- and as compensation Rs. 4000/- total Rs.5000/- alongwith new AC with new warranty. But (1) Whirlpool of India Ltd, A-3, Betalik Building, USO marg, Club Institutional Area, New Delhi-110067, (2) M/s Bombay Optical, Naya Bazaar, Sunam Distt. Sangrur(PB) and (3) M/s Comfort zone, 13-New Ansari Road, Jawalapur, Distt Haridwar, not honoured the order of Hon'ble court. It is the severe negligency of above three parties and I have faced the physical as well as mental harassment.

I possess a Whirlpool refrigerator 220 elite purchased in2003 from Pune. My It has been out of order since may09.I have contacted the service engr at
Ranchi, Mr Ashish.

The problem is in the cooling system. The alarm rings randomly, and cooling stops. On pressing the reset button, PCB (Module )reads 'bo'.
This problem has been represented to the company.During the first visit they simply changed the module.the problem persisted. Again after 2 days the report was given AND second person came and changed the sensor.However the problem persisted and the refrigerator was taken to the workshop and returned on seventh day, saying OK. After 2 days the buzzer /cooling problem continued.Then they sent an service engr, and changed the module again.
BUT TILL DATE THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BECAUSE THE PROBLEM OF COOLING SYSTEM STILL PERSISTS.

Whirlpool Refrigerator — 420 case against whirlpool

i by new refrigrator of whirpool 6th sence on 14 aug 2009 after two day its stop working
as per law goods replaced in 90 days but compony not giving proper responce
It is pity that Whirlpool, a world known company, is offering their products in India with faulty system. I bought Double Door fridge in July, 2008 and since then no one from the company/Service center has bothered to visit to check this machine. Unfortunately it stopped cooling and i lodged the complaint under no.DL[protected]. Visiting charges of Rs.394 should not be charged/applicable as it is not customer's fault.It is company's fault for offering the faulty system. If the machine is stopped working almost after a year it means that the products are of not good quality. It means their product reliability is very poor. I will sorry to say that the customers in India are cheated by offering faulty system which starts giving problem just after one year. Please look into the matter so that others should not suffer like me. It is really a very humiliating experience by buying such a branded product from one of the leading companies in this field.

Whirlpool Fully Automatic Wash. Machine — NO RECORD OF PAYMENT MADE TOWARDS EXTENDED WARRANTY

I had bought whirlpool fully automatic washing machine (top loaded) on 16/9/07 in the name of my wife, Ms. Ranjit Kaur.The machine was purchased from M/S Sunview electronics vide bill no. 5882.

At the time of purchase, We were advised us to take the extended warranty also. Accordingly we paid Rs. 2500/- and took the extended warranty for a period of 3 & 1/2 half year vide your application cum receipt no. HG02 274574. But to our surprise, we are receiving call from your call centre that the warranty of the machine is going to be over in Sept. And we should get the unit covered under Extended warranty.

The company is not having anydetails of money paid by us towards the extended warranty .

Luckily we kept the receipt with us. Had we lost the receipt, we would have required to pay the amount again towards extended warranty. This is gross negligence on part of the company and we feel cheated.

We tried to take up the matter with the company through email sent on 2nd Sept. 09 and yet to receive any positive response.

We request you to look into the matter and revert.

Whirlpool / 405ltr - Ffprof / Refrigrator — DL0809022464

I've bought a new whirlpool refrigrator model no. 405 LT, FF prof, 410 DLX steel on 05/10/2008 from Dealer Next Retail Shop 16 A Kamla Nagar Delhi-7. but from Day-1 this refrigrator is out of order. Daily from the upper side of lower portion, where light bulb is there, 1 ltr of water likage from day 1 and most of times in summer, lower portion cooling was very less. We have complained for the same at helpline atleast 10 times. and 5 times engineer from your side have been visited and every engineer ensured that this will not happen again but still same problem occurs on daily basis. If you can realize, daily 1 ltr water spread in the whole internal area of refrigerator from last one year, daily we would have to clean the entire internal portion of fridge. last time while your engineer visited, he ensured that we will replace our product and now i wanted the replacement of this product else will have to look out for another option in consumer forum. After a month my warranty will get expire but i need the replacement or the resolution of the problem. for your reference i'm providing you some complaint nos. Looking forward a prompt reply on my query.

Whirlpool Refrigerator - Ff350tpi390ys — not working

sir , we have got this whirlpool refrigerator FF350TPI390YS model on the year 05th feb 2003..... They have provide us home care plan from 23rd of feb2005 to 06thfeb2010...but when we got complaints in the refigerator no response was given to us..They have taken our stabilizer for service and has not return it back....there are many problems in the fridge.......So you have to take the necessary actions on them....
They have taken our stabilizer on 04.02.2009 at 6.00 p.m... his name is S.Sathik...He told he will rectify the stabilizer and bring it on next day...but till today we didn get our stabilizer...
sir, we have got the whirlpool refrigerator 3 years from tmc hyderabad, there is problem from initial that water is leaking from freezing and falling below inside the refigrator, please send some one to repair as soon as possible

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the refrigerator that we bought in May'07. Since then we have been facing continuous complaints on the same. The alignment of the door was defected since the time of delivery with the excuse given that the floor is not leveled. Later on submitting the complaint no one from the company come up till the guarantee period. due to the same defect Refridgerator started creating more problem like the rely got melt due to heavy load created by the misalignment of the door, excess water leakage. Also when the complaint was launched the service engineer took 2 days to come because of which i had tomiss my office for two days as they were unable to assure us the time of visit. every time they come they charge Rs. 395/- as only visit charges. material and labor charges and extra. still the condition is not satisfactory.
Please look into the same.

Whirlpool Refrigerator (9965 Elite) — DON'T BUY WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCE

I had purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator (9965 ELITE) on June 2007. The refrigerator cost Rs 17000.
First time in our family we was using Whirlpool home appliance with an expectation of good service.

Unfortunately the refrigerator starts giving problem only after 18 months (March 2009). It stopped working. After investigation Cooling Gas and Coil need to be changed. We need to pay RS 3000 as a repair cost as it just passed the Warranty period.

Our experience with Whirlpool Appliance become worst, when on a fine morning we discover that upper fridge compartment (Deep Fridge) was burned completely. All the food items ware rotten with toxic smell of burned plastics. We have to prospond family program, which was schedule that day.

So we raised a complaint (Job no -4501) to look into the issue. Their service engineer visits our place after 3 days and he informed that he will inform Head office for further action. To add to our trouble, we have not heard anything from them after 8 days, although we tried to call atleast 20 times, but nobody pick up. With a big despair, we tried to call Whirlpool after sales number, they said they can do anything unless local center inform them.

Currently, it is almost 10 day, we are lost in the vicious circle of their local repair center, head office and after sales center.

In totality, we have spent almost Rs 20,000, with a mere service of two Years.

I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMED EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY WHIRPOOL APPLIANCE .

Whirlpool / Ups 1400va System — Assured Quarterly maintenance not done by your dealer

As per your sales officer Hari Prasad's (mob:[protected]) direction I bought from SV POWER SYSTEMS, Jayanagar,Bangalore, !400 VA ups & 2 Amar Raja batteries last year on 23/07/2008 for Rs 23000/-(Tax invoice no 019) they had assured us that quarterly ups system & batteries maintenace will be done promptly from them.
After 4 months and repeated calls 1st maintenance was done.There after they never bothered to maitain even once upto now.The ups back up power has drastically reduced and also the batteries life may reduce.
I have called them about 10 times so far but there is no response from them.
I requet your esteemed company to solve the maintenace problm immediately or else the hefty amount spent by (me with difficuly) will go down the drain and WHRIL POOL is solely resposile for the same.

Whirlpool India — Unsatisfactory Service

On July 29th, our whirlpool fridge was attended for “No Cooling". The service engineer from Whirlpool changed the part “Module “Still the cooling was not sufficient, again the same was replaced the same day. To bring to you notice the engineer took my original module, & in exchange he said the whirlpool provides repaired/refurbished part only. But we had to pay the full cost for the replaced module. After 2hrs, he came to check the cooling & found the freezer compartment did not cool at all. He told that the Fan in the freezer compartment is defective & it has to be replaced .He came with the fan at 7:30 PM. & replaced the same. With the service Engineer's suggestion the Voltage stabilizer was placed new which he got it from whirlpool. The total cost along with the visiting charge was App 8000/= Two days, after the service we came with a new problem. All small lights in the front door started blinking with a beeping sound. Immediately we switched off the Fridge & started again after 10 mins. I tried calling the service engineer in the mob no provided by him ([protected]) who never attended our call. Later it said that the no is temporarily out of service. Today the 23rd sept, I registered a complaint for my Washing Machine. The same Engineer had come to attend the washing machine. When I told him reg the Fridge problem, he said the replaced module needs again to be replaced. & the charges has to be paid again as one month is already passed. I want an explanation for the above mentioned grievances from the senior manager level & a probe to be conducted
I have purchased 310 L DLX model Fridge along with Washing machine from Razzle Dazzle, krishna nagar, on 20/09/2009. In the evening it was installed and late night we discovered that fridge in not cooling . Next morning we tried to contact the dealer & Service station but could not do so because of Id holiday. On 22/09/2009 a service engineer came and discovered that some fan panel in the freezer section is not working due to which it was not cooling. He opened the panel and saw that it was defected, he contacted his boss and told him that it is a defected piece and should be changed. But he was insisted to repair the panel which he did after a long exercise. Now the fridge has started cooling but my question is that what is our fault that we have paid full amount of Fresh Fridge and the same is opened after one day and now we are having a REPAIRED fridge. Why should we bear the fault which is due to the company. Why our fridge should not be replaced fully.

i bought a inverter of whirlpool so i bought that thinking it

would be good enough to satisfy me as i am residing in vaishali and

their is a lot of power cuts in vaishali nearly 7-8 hours daily so i

bought their latest model of inverter of 800 va but the moment i

buyed that they gave me their first defected piece and at the time of

installation we found that it is defective so we replaced that at the

same time and they gave us their next piece it worked well for 2-3

hours till the time of charging after that whent their was a power cut

it was creating irritating noise after every half an hour after that

we registered the complaint with whirlpool and the person visited in

my home almost next day saying that inverter is ok and will be taken

as under observation well good enough after four days of suffering

they didn't visited of their own so we called them back for complaint

and they din't visted at their given time we called them back again

they again gave us time and din't visited again so we gave them the

call back and got another time again they din't visited after that an

executive called us at an unscheduled time for visit incidiently we

were out in market at that time so we asked them to visit next day.

finally executive visited us and said that again that the inverter is

okay nearly we suffered 10-12 days just listening the same line your

inverter is okay he called his supervisior and he said that company

has added up a new feature of creating beep sound after every half an

hour for indicating that their is a power cut well it was the engineer

named rajeev working in whirlpool who said that to me and the

executive who visited in my home was mr sushil well this feature of

inverter is not mentioned in their booklet nor in their advertisements

think bout it that you are sleeing next to your inverter which is

creating irritating beep sound after every half an hour at the time of

power cut. Mr rajeev told me that he will visit us again after 3-4

days and you kknow what it is like they didn't even care about their

customers that their customers are suffering or what. This was the

first time i buyed the product of whirlpool nd i am sure that i am

never going to buy ant product of whirlpool again and i will advise

all my friends that they should never buy any whirlpool product.

I have buy a washing machine dated[protected]. Sl no INB08200741. Customer Id is KL/C/1008?45001. Form starting it was faulty. I make muultyple number fo complain but the problem is not solved. Last complain is made at 20-09-09. complain no is KL[protected]. There is no responce form your service center still now.

It request to solve the problem or change the mechine.

I bought a 340 DLX Carbon Whirlpool Professional refrigator SR NO[protected] From Ms Sanjay electronics, shop no 25, new tikona park market, NIT Faridabad on 26/10/O8 . I could not realise the shortcomings in cooling of the refrigator untill next summer as the enviromental tempreature is generally low after august/september each year . I had lodged numerous complaints in your delhi call centres numbers with the specific complain that the lower portion of the refrigator is not cooling properly . Your office representatives visited my residence number of times to address the problem . They at fitst changed the fan motor and later also put some gas .But the problems still persist .I have suffered a lot during this summer despite purchasing such a costly refrigerator .I am not going to lodge any complain with your call centre any more as they are not able to provide any soloution . My lawyer had also sent an E mail in the address provided by your call centre.You have failed to rectify the problem in the refigerator.
