On june 24th i put an order for pink color satin saree with blouse in craftsvilla website. Today i. E, 28th june i got a confirmation mail regarding the order. The delivery boy who bought the saree told me that think before you open this parcel, because i will not be available for you unless you open the saree and put a complaint regarding anything (Exchange of the saree) which it is not there what you have expected. This is not fair, and...

I have order a dress material from craftvila.com but there are some issues in product and now i want to return that product but there are no response from.that side . So i want to register a complaint against craftvila.com and when i call coustmer care they will cut my call automatically. And when i mail them they will just generate a ticket and said that "due to highly reciving mail there are some inconvenience to get you"....

As product not as per expectation, i have returned product on 8 th july 2016.

But not received refund yet for shipment[protected].

Please initiate my refund asap.

I mail craftsvilla regarding return of mentioned order no but thr is no reply neither from seller nor from you this kind of poor service you gave are you people fake or what. From the day of receiving the order i mail you regarding return but everytime you gave ticket id but resolve it once....

I had made an order on the 4th of july. However, due to the poor quality of the product i had made a call to craftsvilla for a refund that same day. I had sent them my details on the 15th of july. When it came to collect the item it was the most unsatisfying service (In actual fact the most horrible service i have ever come across with).
