Hello, sir/mam, i 've oredered a designer chanyacholi on the website www.craftsvilla.com by astha collection surat i received the order 18/7/2016 in afternoon but i was so busy that today i got free from my work and i opened up the parcel and m very very disappointed becoz of the product i received the designer choli is so different than the picture the fabric and the color r so poor in quality so i would like to give this return nd kindly...

I have to returned the suit product no[protected] pls refund my cash my ac no is[protected]pls refund it soon i want to returned it back the suit is so bad...

I k. Rajasekhar, placed an order (Prepaid order) on craftsvilla.com and received order confirmation e-mail on 07th july2016 with order id[protected].
My order has not been shipped till 17th july 2016 and i surprised to see that my order id is not showing in open orders list and logged a complaint @ craftsvilla.com customercare with ticket #1086078.
They have acknoledged my complaint but no one turnedup and i haven't received...

I bought this dress material on the 16th of july, 2016. My contact number is [protected]. I was unhappy with the purchase as it did not match the description given online, ie: the material appeared to be substandard. I would like a full refund for my purchase amount. Thank you for consideration....

this is like the fourth time that they did not have a stock of desired product...

Craftvilla shows us exotic products on their site but when we received it they have changed the quality of the clothes also color and also it is not in good condition. Here i m sending you both pictures of suit which i recieved and which i was seen oh craftvilla's site. My order no is[protected]. Craftvilla jst cheat with coustmer. My suit was 4999 which has approx 84% discount nd i got it for 999 somthing. But i really want to change...

This is my third complaint regarding the same product. You people are didn't solve the problem yet. This is your fault to send us damaged and poor quality product without proper checking. You can take this back and resend new product to us otherwise you must refund the amount of rs:475. Within three days you must take proper action otherwise i will go to consumer court. I need your reply within 3 days....

I got the delivery of two suits on 13th July 2016. One of them was a ready-made black kurti and the other was an unstitched suit. The kurti has been described as a cotton kurti on your website but it's not entirely cotton but a mix so I do not want it. Another suit, the unstitched one has a coloured hard stain on the kurta fabric front side. I am so disappointed that my faith in online shopping has shaken. My order number is-...

I forward request to craftsvilla customer care for return order number[protected]. The quality of the fabric very low and salwar is too much low quality.
And your craftsvilla team send message instead of return order no[protected]. It is of kvsfab brown cotton cambric patiala... + 1 items for order[protected] and commit that payment drop in your account within 24 to 48 hrs but still date i cannot recieved any amount from craftsvilla team...

Today i get my order.. Bt i dont know craftsvilla is a fake company.. I order a saree bt u r percel a unstich salwar.. Very shame.. I jst complain against ur company to consumer forum. I attach my order image....

Saree is Too bad quality to wear...

I have ordered a saree with craftsvilla.com by using their mobile apps.

Firstly, once i completed the order they took the amount and haven't received any confirmation via sms or email, even my order was not visible in mobile apps, immediately i called their customer care to get it order id :[protected]. i placed the order on 10th june 2016 and awaited beyond the expected delivery date which is 17th june and when i called on...

I received my order of lehenga yesterday but color and design are very different

Photo of material in your website and original are qualitywise very different. This type of materials are verymuch available in our nearby shops.
